Very polite front office staff, both in person and on the phone. Showed a professional level of sympathy with our concerns and gave us all the information we needed. Once we got to our appointment, again very polite and friendly staff. They talked us thru everything we needed to do for aftercare and what to look out for. Staff - wonderful. They got me in early as I came from out of town, and accommodated me in every way and understood my waiting stress/anxiety.Dr pollock- great conversation and very kind and approachable. He asked me great questions during the vasectomy procedure and before I knew it, it was done. Truly great at what he does, 5 minutes. I would recommend to anyone, worth the trip and every penny. In and out of the office within 30 minutes including 10 minutes post op recovery.Goodie bag- loved it, thank you.

Our experience with Pollock Clinics was wonderful. Dr. Goldstein and the rest of the surgical team had excellent bedside manner and really focused on making us comfortable throughout the procedure. Post-op care was very well outlined and follow-up communication with Dr. Goldstein was excellent.

We had Dr. Pollock and his team come in for a discussion on hair loss and PRP for hair restoration for thinning hair.We highly recommend them for this treatment.They were very knowledgeable and clear with what to expect and why PRP for thinning hair is the best option right now. Especially for people who have long hair and textured hair.In comparison to what we have heard from our clients in the salon who had the service done at different clinics in Vancouver and surrounding cities.Dr. Pollock and team have really thought about everything for the patient comfort and care.

Don't come here if you can't afford to pay for the most expensive package. You'll experience the most pain of your life. His staff are the biggest sycophants I have ever had to listen to. I don't recommend anyone that advertises on news 980. Total hack.

The staff there are amazing very helpful and super kind, Dr.Chang is amazing and the procedure for the Vasectomy was super quick. It was painless felt left a flick and that was it. After words they even gave me a juice box and free pair of boxers for the man berries. I'm telling all of you those who are thinking about it and are nervous don't be it's was super fast. I'm on day two now and don't feel sore or anything but recommend no sports, lifting anything and any strenuous activities as recommended. Just kick up your feet, relax, play a video game and or watch TV.Thank you to the Staff and to Dr.Chang for taking such great care of me.
