Nusatsum River Guest House

Incredibly friendly people, and the cabins were full of little touches to make our stay more comfortable. We were especially grateful for flexibility in accommodation both on arrival and departure, as weather played hob with our timing! Definitely recommend the little red cabin as a perfect cosy getaway for a couple.

Beautiful gardens and friendly people all around! We felt so at home and welcome. Access the the river and lovely paths abound. Quiet and private but close to everything. Highest recommendation!

Wonderful stay for family / friends / couples... you own private cottage with the Bella Coola River in your back yard...

Had the PLEASURE of staying there Sept 14 2019 , Chris was a wealth of info on the area and a guy you could sit down and listen to for hours on end. Wish I was there to see the wood fire pizza oven work, but the stars just didn't line up for us that day. If I go back I will defiantly request a pizza or a steak cooked in it ,just so I can say , been there done that ! While eating in the town of Bella Coola I ran into a old friend from Kelowna and found out he was Chris's neighbour John A, Its a small world till you have to paint it" Chris has some special talent's as you can see by just looking at all the hand made solutions he has for life"s needs. Wanted to buy a Bella Coola highway mileage sticker off him

Had an amazing stay here in the Log Cabin! This cabin is located in a completely separate area across the street from the Guest House. Spacious yard, beautifully built, very well equipped and comfy beds. Everything you need for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Lots to do in the area - stunning location. Loved spending time enjoying a drink on the front porch after a long day of exploring! Would absolutely recommend and would love to go back!

Super friendly hosts, beautiful property. They're library alone is worth staying here for, so many books on everything Bella Coola. Thanks for a great stay, you guys are living the dream!- Matt and Stella

Stayed for work in October 2018 and loved our stay. Cabins were decorated in rustic fashion but with ample amenities. Nice location by the river

This place is lovely, so well maintained, silent and authentic! Friendly hosts (including the son and the cats) cared for us and our red cabin was a real pleasure to stay in after three weeks in a campervan! Highly recommended as departure point for a visit to the Bella Coola Valley!

Krystin and Chris were great hosts. The setting was beautiful. They gave us some salmon from one of their fishing expeditions. We hope to come back someday, if there's room for us.
