I began working with Michelle after experiencing near burnout in my day job. I knew that I wanted - correction - needed to make a change or I would find myself forced to, as my personal wellness was at stake. Michelle is easy to talk to, encouraging, and asks just the right questions to get you thinking about some of the hardest truths. She helped me to determine a plan and feel confident that I am headed in the right direction. Having that plan makes it easier to keep moving through the days while putting things in motion. I’m excited to see where it takes me, and look forward to working with her again when I’m ready for the next steps!
