Worst customer service ever. I bought some shoes for my graduation ceremony, since I bought them on the same day did not get much time to try them on at home and I went straight to the ceremony. After a while they start to hurt my feet so I brought them in the next day to exchange or refund. The store management did not try to understand at all so I just gave them my shoe back without taking any refund or exchange just to make a point.Worst ever experience

Just googled to find the phone number and was shocked at the low star ratings. I was in a couple months ago and the service was excellent, Vitor (name on receipt) was very knowledgeable & helpful. Quality and selection of shoes are great, if they don’t have your size, they can order what you want with free shipping to your home. If you want them sooner, free shipping to the store. I’ve always been happy with the service at Browns.

Cecilia is so helpful and great. I realy like her service. Last year I bought one pair of shoes from her and she left me impression of kind and pantient. This Black friday, I purchased 2 more pairs and another pair of thermal insoles from her again. She made my experience there amazing. It's my favorite shop in outlet.

My purchase experience at Brown's was excellent, the sales person was very nice, but my return experience was horrible. I purchased high heels to try with my dress for my goddaughters wedding. I did not check the soles before purchase so my mistake. I wore the heels in the store to test them, and at home for a total of 15 minutes over a few weeks to see how they felt. I also ordered an additional pair from another retailer to compare with, and ended up liking the other pair better. The shoes then sat in a box until I could return them, BEFORE the wedding event. When I went to return the shoes, I checked the bottom and did notice scuff marks, but as I had not worn them outside I could not understand if they had come from my wood floors, or if I had purchased them that way. At the store, the manager very obviously did not believe me and just kept stating over and over that I should not have worn them outside, which was very upsetting to me as I had not. I pointed out to her to examine the rest of the shoe, which was a very light colour, and it is fall in Winnipeg, and there was no way the rest of the shoe would show no wear if I had worn them outside. She ended up refunding my sale only because the funcitonality to provide a gift card to me was not possible at that time, and as she did the refund she again stated that next time I should not wear them outside. It was a very unpleasant and upsetting experience. One of my first retail jobs was in shoe sales and I would never have treated a custome like that.

Nice store for quality footwear. Friendly staff. Can be expensive.

A little over priced.. as I feel there are more comfortable shoes for a lot less that are brand name

I am writing this review almost an year after buying the shoes because the shoes have been amazing and the service I received is worth mentioning here.So I picked the shoes in a rush one weekend and they were a bit small and when I went back the next week, the staff and the manager did all they could to make it work. Finally, when nothing worked, they replaced the shoes with a bigger size lacoste. They have been perfect since then.Thank you again for accommodating and great customer service.

Great shopping experience with Cecilia last weekend. She is a sweet girl I have ever seen, very friendly, helpful and patience. Cecilia took time with me almost an hour to find a right pair of shoes for work. She knew I stand most of time in workplace, she recommends to tried their popular Disposable Scented Insoles which comes with a floral scent, to put on the new shoes. Summer is on the corner, she showed me two pair of MK platform slide with a lot of sparkle on top when we on the way to the counter, I tried on it looks glam and comfortable on my feet. So I end up with 2 pair of shoes to go home with me. The person who help me finish the transaction was nice too. Definite will come back shop more next time.

I found the staff at Browns Outlet in Winnipeg to be extremely helpful and friendly. Joanna Ambicki took the time to answer my questions about a particular product. She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely shop there again.
