I was referred to Instep Physical Therapy, where I had the pleasure of working with Giri Srinivasan as my physiotherapist.From the very first appointment, I felt reassured and in good hands. Giri took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries and develop a personalized treatment plan that catered to my specific needs. He provided clear explanations of the treatment process, which helped me understand the importance of each exercise and how they would contribute to my recovery.Throughout my therapy sessions, Giri was always attentive, patient, and accommodating. He regularly checked in on my progress and made adjustments to my treatment plan when necessary. His approach to physiotherapy is holistic, combining manual therapy, targeted exercises, and advice on lifestyle modifications, which I found to be highly effective.I also appreciated the clean and well-organized facility at Instep Physical Therapy. The staff was friendly and professional, making each visit enjoyable and stress-free.Thanks to Giri's expertise and dedication, I am now on the road to a full recovery. I see Prakash for lymph drainage massage and I cannot say enough positive things about him. As someone who struggles with chronic health conditions it has been hard to find therapists that really understand and have the knowledge/experience to help. Prakash is professional, kind and truly talented at his craft. If you’ve been interested in trying these specialty massages, do yourself a favour and book in with him!

I thought I was a lost cause. I suffer migraines on a daily basis from a car accident and these people care. They specialize in helping people with car accident injuries, brain injuries. I'm so grateful for someone willing to help me out. They treat you like family.

She examined my problem professionally, listened to my pain and associated concern patiently and planned the recovery process in the most suitable way. The staff at the InStep Physio are excellent. Giri is an experienced leader and talented therapist who treats my family regularly. He focuses on the best treatment for the conditions alongside the focus on prevention/ education. We're very pleased with the exceptional care. Recently, we have utilized the service of one of the new therapist, Prakash, who incorporates physio, massage, and lymphatic draining techniques to provide excellent care. Admin staff are very professional and responsive.These are the reasons we keep going to InStep Physio. I don't usually do reviews online but chose to this time, given how great Giri and his team are -- technically strong, professional, and caring.

I had seen Kamal Janakiraman (Phd) for neck (cervical kyphosis) with loss of strength in my arms and back pain. I had bowel and bladder issues and had loss of power in my legs. WCB sent me here. These injuries took me out of the workforce. This guy said there was no such things by as cervical kyphosis and did nothing to treat me except stick a few needles in my back to realinemy “energy meridians”. I did that for 4 weeks, 3x a week. He said there was nothing else he could do and suggested I continue with his acupuncture. He would not give clear answers to simple questions about my condition. I found him disrespectful, uncaring and useless, and discontinued using his services. I was very disappointed. Phd??

Have had a great experience with Giri and his team. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Helped me develop a treatment plan to address my specific concern, and also identified a few additional areas to re-train at the same time to help prevent those from becoming problematic in the future.

I adore Giri and his whole team! I’ve received Physio and massage treatments when needed over several years. Everyone is friendly, kind and always rooting for their patients. I’m so grateful for their help and support, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Hands down the best physiotherapy location in Edmonton!I have been suffering from a rare foot coalition issue for 2.5 years. Before meeting with them, I visited numerous physiotherapists, but none understood my problem. My physiotherapist, Amee, diligently understood my case, and in less than a month, I am already feeling so much better.I have started referring them to all my friends!
