I consider myself very technical at both hardware and software. As technical as I am the tech-rep Rob who works at this company knows A LOT MORE about printers and how to repair and resolve issues with them. Rob is quick to quote on new printers and resolves our issues rapidly. I have compared his quotes with those of bigger companies and this company has always been competitive.I highly recommend this company and if you can get Rob T. to be your tech rep you will be in good hands.

Although my printer issue was not one that they could deal with (mine was a Brother printer, and while they do sales, they do not service Brother printers), they spent half a day with me, emailing me back and forth to try to help me troubleshoot my problem. Robert (who I dealt with) was responsive, friendly and tried to help me, above and beyond what I would have expected anywhere else. That tells me something about this business - it is NOT driven solely by making sales, etc., but by professionalism and trying to serve customers. In the end I heard from another repair service and it probably isn't worth it to fix my printer. I wouldn't hesitate to approach Reliable Technical Services when I am ready to purchase a new printer. Trust is often hard to build, but Robert at Reliable made it very easy to trust him and the business.
