Excellent service, pays attention to when flights come in so they're there if you're early, or there if you're late. Caleigh Gibbons did an excellent job and seems to run the show here.

Wish I could give zero stars, can't get a receipt for the rental I had. No one ever answers the phone, the voicemail isn't set up. Got through once and never heard back. Will never use them again

This kiosk NEVER answers the phone and the hours of operation do not line up with flights so they are usually closed when you land and you can't get your car. It's super frustrating to continually try to book a car at this airport with this dismal service. I really wish the airport would get some other rental car company in who would actually want business!

Terrible service. Not able to provide vehicle or similar class/size that was reserved. Extremely rude and unprofessional service.

The phone is never answered and there is no voicemail so if you make a reservation online and then want to change or modify, it is not possible. I called an Enterprise 1-800 number and they told me I’d have to talk to the rental location.

Abandoned us at the airport, and then ignored us. No one at the desk, attendant left early for the day. No answer on any of the local lines, called the corporate line and was told a manager would call us back, they never did, and just completely ignore us.

Other reviews made me nervous about using this location, but I think for most people who are flying into the KW area, this is a very convenient option for getting a rental car.I was arriving in KW on a Friday morning and leaving early Monday morning. I needed two car seats for my kids, and without the car and car seats we would be effectively stranded at the airport, so I wanted to call ahead of time to ensure everything would work out. Do not bother calling the phone number listed for this location, it is not monitored and I never reached anyone after calling a few times a day for about a week. However, when I called the nearby location at 2959 King St E, they were able to reassure me that the car and car seats would be there. From what I gathered, it seems like Enterprise employees are scheduled to go to the KW airport location to meet people who made reservations when their flights are arriving. I'm not 100% sure, but I do know that you have to make a reservation ahead of time.As for the process, when you land at the KW airport, there is a small building that has bathrooms, baggage claim and three small kiosks, one of which being the Enterprise kiosk. An employee from Enterprise met me there, confirmed all my reservation details, and gave me the keys and both car seats. There is a parking lot outside of that building that has Enterprise-specific parking spots, which is where the rental car was. After installing the car seats, we were on our way, so overall a very smooth process. When came back on Monday morning, we parked in one of the empty Enterprise-specific parking spots, took out the car seats and left the seats and the keys at a different Enterprise kiosk that is inside the building for departures. So, I would say that dropoff was also smooth, and since it was contactless this made departure less stressful.I'm not sure if the above process still holds if you book for a day or time that this location is listed as closed. It may also be the case that if they do not have enough reservations to justify being open on a certain day or time, they may cancel the reservation. Again, I'm just guessing about that, but I did personally have a good experience with this Enterprise location, and I think the majority of people flying to KW will also have a good experience.Note that if for some reason your reservation is cancelled, the only other rental car option at the KW airport (as of April 2022) is Avis.

Not for local traffic, only for flight attendants. Located inside Airport.Their website need to mention that it’s not available for local traffic. I was able to reserve online and as it open at 11PM to 12PM, I drive there at 11:15PM and came to know from AVIS guy that flight is late and it will open after that. Though this service is not available for you.

Booked online for a 6:30pm pickup here and since Enterprise doesn't expect people to use an airport outside of Monday to Friday the kiosk is closed at this hour. Without prompt the website confirmed my booking for an unapproved time that suits the kiosk, and now I will be stranded in Waterloo when I land.YFK needs to outsource better car rental services, both AVIS and Enterprise in this building are useless and need to be replaced with a company that wants to earn revenue.
