I have phoned at around 7.30 in the morning about my broken overhead door spring and was told that they would phone me back shortly. at around 1.00 pm i phoned again and i was told again that the technician would phone me back as soon he came back in ,but at 5.00 o clock still have not heard anything and they are closed untill monday morning. the doors where installed by them originally and this is realy bad customer service.Disappointed!!!

I phoned Lethbridge Doors in the morning to repair a broken garage door spring and they had it replaced that day. Jon and Pat seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It didn’t take them very long and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I thought my opener was completely toast, but Brad diagnosed the issue and it turned out to only be a $40 circuit board. I even told them when I made the appt, to bring a new unit, it sounds like it's DONE. On top of that, he fully serviced all aspects of the garage door, and gave me all the tips to keep it in great running order. All this in 1 hour!! Brad is a fantastic service tech, and anyone with issues would be very lucky to have him show up in their garage. Could not be happier. Came quickly and on time as well.

I ordered 3 garage doors in May told me they would be here in September I got 2 in October but the last one I have not received by January, they keep telling me different stories when I got the 2 they said the third one was in Edmonton ready to be shipped 3 months later nothing, every body knows it doesn't take 3 months or longer to ship from Edmonton. i think they didn't even order it in the first place . Just a bunch of liars. don't deal with this guys . Especially Mason he is terrible

Brad was our tech who came out and serviced our garage door issue. Had to come out once to do a patch to a spring which he educated us how it works, and when they’re expecting more in. Didn’t try to upset me on stuff I didn’t need but advised on the best solution possible. He came back and replaced our sensors and installed a wireless keypad and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what he was doing. Would definitely recommend Lethbridge Door Systems just based on my experience with Brad

Prompt and very professional, knowledgeable service. Red Seal Service Tech Brad was exemplary. Knowledgeable, personable and professional. Had the spring for our overhead door removed, replaced and fully functional within 50 min. Brad also shared some proactive maintenance tips that will certainly be used. All in all - Excellent service encounter!

Brad was prompt, efficient, personable and effortlessly repaired our damaged system. He offered some great advice and provided education around our door/ opener which was invaluable. I would not hesitate to have him back for repair/ maintenance work. Only giving him 5 stars as I cannot go any higher.
