This place was absolutely AMAZING. 100% recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The ladies are very professional and helpful. Loved Kathy. She answered all our questions and helped us make the right decisions for our insurance needs. If you need anything related to car/ home insurance or drivers license, this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend!

Renewed the insurance on one of our vehicles today and once again reminded of the superb service that Michelle from the Agassiz office of HUB provides us. Very appreciative of the wonderful service combined with a strong knowledge of the industry. Excellent office with special people. How good is it? I know of others who have moved out of the area but still come to the Agassiz office of HUB because of the people.

These people go out of their way to help us…not just us. Anyone walked in the door were greeted very pleasantly. You don’t feel like you are being rushed they take the time to help you.

Going to extra mile - Kathy really helped one day. Went in to dispute a traffic ticket. She called ICBC to make sure had gune thru. ICBC was having a cliche in their system. She sent it thru again and this time it worked. Had she not called ICBC I would have been sol. I am new to the are for to years. Every visit you get this friendly helpful service. Cool that they do ICBC licence renewals as well.

I went to get my class 7 knowledge test at this place, which I passed. There was no waiting. The staffs were very nice and professional. I recommend them a 100%.

Kathy Boone was most tenacious at getting our leased vehicle transferred from out of Province ... always with a smile at every hurdle ... she encounteredAbby too ... jumped in to lend a hand and was most gracious at getting us set up an out the door as quickly as possible
