Our experience with Ace was excellent from the get go.He responded to our fee inquiry so quickly.He came on timeHe was so loving and patient with our puppy.He took his time, ensuring puppy was comfortable before moving on to the next task.And our puppy smelled so good and looked so cute after.He was very professional, kind and personable.And he even gave puppy a bow tie! How adorable and nice is that?!

I just had my 13 week old mini schnauzer puppy groomed by Pet Patrol. Puppies are not easy to work with and he was very patient with her. It's rare to find people who are genuinely passionate about the work they're doing and with Ace you can see that in the way he cares for your pet. I can be very picky with what I want and Ace was sure to review with me the exact style I wanted beforehand which was very reassuring for me. This is my first time trying a Mobile Service" and I was highly impressed. The price is great as well and his trailer has a fully equipped spa on the inside. He took his time with my dog and paid attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Looking forwarding to working with him again

My dog has very bad arthritis in his hips along with recovering from ACL surgery. He gets very nervous at the groomers so I decided to use pet patrol mobile grooming. Best experience for both my dog and I! He did such a great job on his cut - everyone thinks he’s a puppy. My dog had a much calmer and more relaxed experience.

Our doggos were very happy with their grooming today. They are soft and clean and smell good. Little more pricier than say pet smart but for the convenience of not having to leave your home it was worth it . Thank you for grooming our fur babies

First time using the service and won’t be the last.I would definitely recommend pet patrol grooming, great set up, very clean, all his certifications displayed for you to see etc.The grooming car was parked at the end of our driveway. He arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job on Luna & Leo considering they were overdue with their grooming.Ace takes care of the dogs this service is exceptional. I can't begin to express how much we love Pet Patrol Grooming! Ace is so wonderful with our little Loki and we love how passionate and carrying his is. He always makes time to discuss what we are looking for in Loki's cut and makes sure to confirm with us that everything is to our liking. This is a reasonably priced service, creates consistency for our pup, convenient for us, and, most of all, offers the best experience for Loki. No long days having to wait around to be groomed and sitting in a kennel.

One of the best dog groomers out there! He LOVES his customers, made my anxious dog very comfortable, and no 5-6 hour wait/grooming periods - 2 hours tops! So convenient and a genuinely good person who just loves dogs. My pup Banksy LOVE Ace (and typically hates most men). Usually I try to crunch numbers and deals, but this service was worth the premium fee of coming to your door. Would absolutely call upon Ace again. Oh - he also lets you hang out with him while your dog is being groomed. Makes for a very comfortable process for the dog, and he explains what he’s doing throughout the service. Just truly an u real experience. Highly suggest!

I used Ace for my almost 4 month old Havanese puppy's first grooming. From the start he was quick to respond to my questions/messages. He requires a small e-transfer deposit to secure your booking - which I can understand. He was on time and was SOOO sweet with Benny, taking the time to get to know him and helping him get comfortable. Upon pick up Benny was giving Ace kisses and lots of loves - which is a great sign that he was treated and handled well! He was long overdue for a trim and looks like a new dog! Thank you again Ace :-)
