My friends from Mexico, New Mexico and Arizona just sent me a beautiful floral arrangement from your shop. It is the most stunning, colourful arrangement I have ever received.

The new owners of the Comox Flower Pot were great.They helped to create a beautiful bouquet for my mothers birthday. She loved the arrangement and the delivery service was awesome.I absolutely love that this is a family owned and operated business. I just received two beautiful bouquets of flowers from friends as well as my sister. Both flower arrangements were sent to me through Comox Flower Pot. The store called me first to check I was home and the gifts were delivered promptly afterwards: stunning assortments of colourful blooms presented in large vases. The sweet fragrance of roses now fills the air in my home!When I sent a picture of one of the flower arrangements to thank my sister, she was disappointed by the size of the bouquet. She thought it would be larger. I suspect this is because the order was placed through Teleflora...

I placed an order online from Comox Flower Pot a few days ago to have a bouquet arrangement sent to family. Now from being at one side of the country and placing an order to another, sometimes you have to wonder what the quality will be like and if they will take good care of your order. Well, I can tell you, The arrangement that I ordered was absolutely beautiful!! It was everything I thought it would be. Sometimes, you just have to put your faith in people and trust that they will do a beautiful job in which these people certainly did. When family can’t be close enough for you to buy the arrangement and to pick it up and deliver it yourself, It means so much when someone else can do it in your stead. Whether you are near or far, I recommend this business. I also talked to a couple of people on the phone and they were very pleasant to talk to!!

It was Mother's Day. My son and his family ( who NEVER write,they always phone or come over) sent a floral arrangement and had the wrong address. The staff at the Comox Flower Pot persisted, checked it out and WHAM-O a lovely, huge bouquet or flowers AND chocolates was delivered on Mother's Day. This is a very busy day for this business and their standard of service made this old lady very happy.

I was a big fan of this business until I received a bouquet today. The carnations and the daisy-like flowers were not very nice looking at all on this almost $60 bouquet. They looked old and were starting to brown at the tips. The rest of the arrangement was fine but I had the distinct impression this bouquet had been sitting around and was just pulled out of the cooler regardless of when it had been put together; I was disappointed to see the flowers that looked poorly in the bouquet because it sullied the whole effect. For that price I expected ALL fresh flowers, not some fresh and some past their peak. For that reason I will be looking for a new go-to florist.

I ordered for a floral arrangement to be delivered to a memorial service for the father of a close friend and family of mine. The family sent me a picture of the arrangement ( I am currently in the USA ) and it was absolutely beautiful. STUNNING FLOWER ARRANGEMENT! I originally ordered 12 red roses for my mom but they only had pink and white. I approved the change and they even added in stems with mini roses and lots of them. IT WAS MASSIVE!!!!!!!!!! She was over the moon happy. Thank you so very much. This was my mother's first anniversary without my dad so you truly made her day.
