These guys were awesome...I couldn't move my contacts between my new phone and my old one and they went above and beyond to help me with my problem (even though it had nothing to do with them). Great store, great team...Highly Recommend!

I went to have my phone repaired. They looked at it and determined it could be repaired. They are the EXPERTS, right? I paid 190$. Used the phone for a few days and the same problem occurred. I went back to ask for help and they told me that if I wanted it repaired I had to pay another 190$. No action to look into why the first repair did not work and no offer to make amend for a lousy job. They even implied that I damaged it myself again. No accountability whatsoever.But yet they have this beautiful quote on their wall “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider on our business. He is a part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.”WHAT A LIE!!!!! I would say that money was more important to them than me as a customer. The phone should not have been repaired in the first place.I wish I saw some of the above comments before. I would have known better. Definitely not impressed and really disappointed right now. If you don't know what you are doing, just don't do it!

Took my phone to them to have the screen replaced. They did an awesome job. They are very polite and professional people. Had an overall great experience with them and would go back to them for any future repairs.

Very impressed with the professional and satisfactory service this company provided to me. After 3 years my tablet became corrupted and was not working properly but Shane had it up and running while I waited at a very minimal cost. I am very pleased that my tablet is now working like it was when it was new. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing service. Informative, helpful, friendly and most of all, I got the right product for the right job. I took my speaker in to the store and we tested different voltage converters to find the perfect solution. I ended up buying a 750w (just to be safe) for my 2 140w fostex powered speakers. They even called me a cab to get home. 10/10 would shop there again!!

Great service, very friendly staff. Fixed my Cat B-15 phone without any issue. They were hesitant at first as it is a weird phone and their suppliers couldn't get parts for it. They offered a few suggestions on finding the right parts and said they could install it for me.

Brought my s9 in here which looked like it was ready to be thrown into the garbage it was in such bad shape. Some how made it look like a brand new phone when finished. Top class job and customer service. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with these guys. I thought my previously used iPhone was locked because it wasn't reading my SIM card, I came in to get it unlocked and they worked on it for 30mins only to realize that it was already unlocked. They got it working with my SIM card and didn't charge me anything for their time. Very generous, honest and friendly. Go see these guys!
