This place has most everything you could need. The only thing I can say to any negative degree would be that staff should most definitely be trained about what they are selling so it does not cost anyone else an arm and a leg to repair what should have been an easy-fix""

I have been going to this store for many years and it's great. The prices are what you would expect in a small town and there staff is very happy to help find what you need. Every time I've gone there I was surprised by what was in stock that I thought I would have to go elsewhere for. If you get a chance check them out they just might have what your needing.

Cathy was so great to deal with, very pleasant and she knew her stuff. I was half way through a project and ran out of lag bolts. I called ahead to see if she had what I needed ( I had already cleaned out Armstrong and nobody in Vernon had what I needed on a Saturday). She did a physical count of her stock and called me back right away. I took everything she had that would work for me. I'm in Armstrong, and usually buy in Armstrong, but I have dealt with Central a number of times over the years and have always been very impressed.

I would love to rave about about the service but I can’t 3 days of leaving messages to be called back even calling and asking to speak to the manager resulted in silence. So I guess you can’t expect much from the employees when management can’t be bothered…..so much for shop local Home Depot or Amazon it is !
