We so enjoy the multi grain and white bread, that sandwich making in our household has increasingly gone up. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is immaculate and colourful with beautiful foods to offer. I highly recommend it.

I visited today for the first time, and they have a forever customer now. Hands down the BEST gf bread I have ever had. It’s a soft full sized loaf that doesn’t require toasting to be edible, and has all the aspects that gf bread is usually missing. The chocolate chip muffin was delicious, had excellent texture and flavour. Nanaimo bar in a blind taste test would pass as a regular one. Cookies are cake like texture, excellent flavour. (Of course I sampled everything I bought!)Thank you Suzie for making this celiacs day!

Stumbled upon this bakery by chance when visiting Waterloo. Picked up 1/2 dozen muffins, loaf of multigrain bread and GF flour mix. My husband is the only family member who requires GF options but a few of us tried his muffins and are impressed by the texture, moistness and flavour and wouldn't have guessed them to be GF. My daughter had to stop herself from eating them.My husband loved the bread and so I tried the bread too and was thoroughly impressed myself. I am rarely impressed by GF bread/desserts, there have maybe been a handful. I wish we lived closer as this would be a go to place for us for sure. Next time I'm in town I will pick-up more to freeze.I look forward to trying the flour myself but not certain my baked goods will be as good as Suzie's!

A friend dropped me off a muffin and cookie care package from Gluten Free by Suzie. They were all scrumptiously delicious, light, with an excellent texture! I'm hooked and I will be back for more!

OMG! Haven't had a croissant or chocolatine in years because they just don't exist, until now! Just had their chocolatine, to die for! All the remembered goodness but better because this is a feat of genius to have it gluten-free. Good thing we don't live close by, lol.

I ate your Morning Glory muffin. It was Fabulous. If I was not told it was gluten free I would not believe it. The muffin was so fresh it melted in my mouth. Definite treat to the taste buds and will make those who are gluten intolerant very satisfied. Keep up the super job. BRAVO SUZIE!!!!

Great tasting gluten-free with some gf dairy free options. I brought home the raspberry coconut squares. My partner loved this, and a muffin so much, a 5 star was the only choice. We will be back!

I have had Celiac Disease for 7 years and recently discovered your Bakery. It is without a doubt the best gluten free place I have ever been to. Sub buns that remind me of subway — sweet and sour chicken for the freezer is unreal— and the muffins remind me of Tim Hortons muffins. Thank you for giving me back a resemblance of normalcy in my food ❤️
