I order 2 drinks and the second one ALWAYS come after 30 mins. Just give everyone a heads up. You must be Kidding me how shorted staff they are. Will never come back and feel bad for staffs there.

This is a review for ‘PURE and SIMPLE’ Not STARBUCKS’. - Food was tasty, portions were sufficient for breakfast. Server was great. Prices are a bit expensive for breakfast but you get what you pay for. My only complaint would be the restaurant was a bit cold.

I ordered the Gr strw coconut, and I was not only disappointed with the gour but also with the quantity that I received. there was a lot more ice than drink. the glass was filled with ice.

This particular chain has very racist employees. I am a visible minority living in the area and my wife wears a hijab. The employees consistently discriminate us, which is fairly obvious , by their service and other succulent actions. We stood in line for 10 minutes and when we finally got served, they added a second cashier. When a girl. Are around with samples, she purposely bypassed us and the samples to others until they were none left. When I asked, she said they have no more samples. This is just a few of many subtle discrimination behaviour patterns that employees at this location have shown.Be careful visiting this location if you are a visible minority or wear a hijab, they are anti-Muslim and racist.

Celina was awesome! Amazing customer service and super friendly!!!! She made it so delightful to come to this location to order my drinks. Though it was so busy, she greeted and treated every customer with patience and happy energy.

They have a huge sitting space but you won’t find a seat . It’s always crowded . Big queue’s and slow service . However the servers are very friendly and jolly . This is the only Starbucks in the heartland location and hence the crowd .

The team that works at this location are all so fun and outgoing! A few of my family members came here on family day, the store was packed to the brim but the 2 girls taking orders were so friendly and kind, they complimented our nails, made us extremely fresh coffees and had some chatter with us all while the store was packed! Loved this location. Also for how busy it was this store was so clean

I ordered on the app a cold brew and when I got there at 6:30 am ...the barista said we ran out of cold brew and I made an iced americano instead...how do you run out when the store just opened at 6 am? Anyway the drink wasn't good. Was looking forward to a cold brew

Really enjoyed studying at this starbucks. It has plenty of room (large area) and lots of people in the working zone. If there was anyone particularly loud in my vacinity I was able to move to another location. Lots of ports and outlets for charging your devices and clean washrooms. This starbacks also has an outdoor patio if you want to enjoy the warm weather. Great spot to come check out and hangout!
