I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for one staff member. I don’t know her name but there’s one Indian lady who is at the front desk, she can laugh and joke around with staff and oh so kind to them, when it comes to clients she’s THE rudest person I’ve ever encountered at any place in this town for the 12 years I have been here. Full of attitude and very condescending with the patients.

Almost zero wait time and very quick service. I had to get a tooth pulled and the dentist was very quick and professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and didn't mess around. Painless experience and it wasn't too pricey! 100% recommend.

Franklin Dentist was great from the time I walked in the door. The girls in the front were very helpful with all my questions and concerns. My dentist was so gently with me that I needed three needles in my mouth that if she didn't tell about them I would not have known I was getting them. If it wasn't for the noise of the suction and drill machine I could have fell asleep in the chair. That is how comfortable they made my visit.The bonus on top of that is my teeth feel and look great. Expensive appointment I called the day before to get a check on the price and when I got the bill when leaving they sprung extra charges on me without telling me about it . I would not recommend this place very deceitful to the customer who don't have benefits. To make matters worse the dentist rooted at my venieer that he knew was damaged aggressively when he took a x ray as well which made the rooting around quite redundant especially when he decovered only what we already knew .

There are no familiar faces anymore, I really miss the original Franklin Dental team. It is very clear to see that this dental office is struggling and clearly being mismanaged by it’s new owners.

very bad service, went there and they charged me SO MUCH for a check up. all they did was check for cavities and BOOM $100.never going back there EVER again worst place to go to. Don't waste ur time and money. I would very much rather the dentist clinic up in eagle ridge. VERY BAD

I like this dentist everyone is very friendly staff kind and helpful staff another word fantastic they're . The moment you entered the door they'll greet you with a beautiful smile warm welcome answered any questions you asked, the hygienic they're lovely all do a great job. I would highly recommend friends and family's there they have the best team work .

DO NOT go here. I have had problems with my dentures and the do not want to help! I asked for my x Ray and they can't give them to me because of balance owing"?!? I used to love them but they are short staffed and the staff they do have

Amazing experience. I got fit in within 20 minutes as an emergency with a cracked filling, and even though the doc was juggling multiple patients and obviously very busy he was very professional, very throughout and ensured an excellent job. I've been unfortunate to have multiple fillings over my years and this is the best feeling one I've ever had, perfect bite profile and the entire staff were personable! I've never been thankful for a dentist before!
