I always arrive on time for my scheduled appointment but end up waiting more than 10 minutes to be checked in. Sometimes half an hour….

I suddenly got teethach on one of my Molar in a bite since last week. As a new comer, I am first time reached out to this Clinic. The overall experience is excellent. They also offered Netflix during the treatment.Dr. Ken Wong is very skilled, nice and funny dentist who fixed my teethach with filling treatment. I was so impressed Dr. Wong helped to cover whole surface of my teethach Molar with white color filling material which totally fixed teethach problem, strengthen the crown and won't having impact to my smiling or laughing.Dr. Wong also listed out all the possible teeth problems there and give me some good suggestions for my long-term teeth protection.I had a really good experience on my dental fixing with Dr. Ken Wong.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Danika did a fantastic job and was very gentle but thorough. I appreciated her friendliness and professionalism. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me really great tips! I usually find going to the dentist dreadful but I’d like to thank them for changing my viewpoint. Excellent!

This clinic stands out from the rest because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Ken Wong is an extraordinarily talented dentist, but most importantly is a super nice guy who will help you look and feel your best. Definitely recommend!

Very slow service. Receptionist took forever to fix customer insurance and the customer was incredibly slow at understanding what insurance is. Both slow. Wasted 30 mins didn't even get a courtesy coffee or biscuit.

Very friendly staff and clean place. I visited this clinic due to an emergency caused by a dental professional at another clinic. They are very accommodating to give me a same day appointment. I really appreciate their help!Mr. Wong patiently listened to my question and explained the procedures. Other staff are very professional as well and give me a very good impression.After the first visit, I decided to switch my whole family to this clinic. They have a few weekdays offer evening hours, and it is very important for people who don’t need to take day off for dental appointment.

Dr. Yun treated my daughter who had multiple esthetic filling using injection moulding technique. It has increased my daughter's self-esteem greatly. I must say, he is an expert professional. He is so kind as well so attentive and passionate to what he does. The staff are very helpful and always smiling. I really appreciate the way you treated my daughter Dr. Yun!!!!! You can really trust your teeth with Dr. Yun! He was awesome in doing my implant and I honestly didn't feel it. The staff are so nice especially Yogita. She was so helpful and understanding throughout my treatments and I truly appreciate all the dedication and hard work in this office. I have been a patient at the Doncrest Dental Centre for a few years now. Dr. Wong and his team have always provided exceptional level of dental care, being able to address all my concerns. Recently I opted in for an implant surgery – broke one of my teeth. Once again, it was handled with the highest degree of professionalism. Definitely recommend!
