Easypark lot

How you can see nobody is secured at this parking, someone broke my window just for fun but security guy said that they could not do anything the same thing I heard from customer information, thanks guys for your safety

If I can give 0 star, I would. Easy Park will only patrol the lot to give you tickets but if there is someone smoking in their lots or pose a security threat, they are no where to be found. This happen 2x on a weeknight around 6 pm when it's not even dark outside. Park somewhere else even if you have to walk further.

Not open 24hrs

Paid for the parking but still received a ticket. Then maybe they found out it was a mistake and might have canceled the ticket. Went to easypark.ca only to find that the ticket information for my parking ticket number is wrong.

Totally misleading sigs. It reads 6am to 1am and they lock the doors with the cars in at 11pm. Even the emergency call number is spelled wrong!When called for help they kept us waiting for more than an hour.Sooooooo poor in service

I am really displeased with this company.I park with them at least 2-3 times a week and spend anywhere from $100 - $200 per month on parking...Now 3 times have I paid and still gotten a ticket saying I haven't paid. 2 times I have been able to dispute it but one time their app glitched and deleted my session after the count down began. I explained to them in a email and they refused to dispute it so I had to pay them an extra $90. Now I am extra careful and screen shot my parking to ensure I have proof if this happens again. I am disgusted by the lack of customer service to someone who gives pays so much... Save yourself a head ache and park at ImPark instead.

BE CAREFUL they have a charge point there saying that the parking is free and them give you a violation ticket for not paying the ticket. They are aware that the information is confusing and only replying by saying go check with charge point!
