I just like to say my experience was terrible all the office did was refer me to the website I told them the Canadian website site is not very user friendly and they told me that is the first time they have been told that not impressed with the help I received also they told me to google my questions they are suppose to assist us we vote them listen to our concerns and try to assist us not tell me to google it

I was not receiving my sick benefit and called Chad Collins office. They contacted Service Canada and had my money in bank account within 3 days. Excellent job!!!!!

This entire city council is a farce. I've never witnessed so much neglect and careless action with human waste management and disrepair of our infrastructure. Garbage and dumping is rampant in this city and when you make complaints and express concerns all you get are bot premade corporates speak sending you to the next bot. Stop with the agenda and platitude politics and get back to work fixing this dump of a city.

The whole team exceeded my expectations. I reached out to the office because I needed assistance receiving my daughters passport as I had given up trying to contact service canada and was traveling internationally in less then 4 businesses day's. I was immediately contacted after sending an email and they were able to help me with my issue. They followed up with me through the whole process and I am so grateful and so impressed! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful especiallyLucy Finelli who worked on our case.Thanks again! Keep up the hard work

Zero starThey not helping at allI have some issue regarding family VV and I called to help with my case and they said nothing to doBut I know friends the reach MP Mississauga and they got the VV faster.Poor serviceI voted to Mrs Chad Collins and I’m not gonna vote again to him.

So disappointed by visiting my local MP office. They opened the door and in this cold weather never even let you step inside. They don’t want to know why I m there. They don’t want to listen. They want only email and phone calls. Just data. They don’t want to hear you’ve person. I feel let down today to have you my MP elected. Not next time though. So let down by you and your staff. You don’t even deserve one star.
