Great location to pick up some groceries, makeup products, hair care products. Some medications. The flu & cold products were not on the shelf. But I’m sure they will eventually restock.

I was just speaking to the Pharmacist Anna because I needed to get a number of issues resolved regarding my medication. She was impatient, accusatory, and rude. She lied about putting me on hold while I was still talking, about the medication being 'overdosed', and other things. She tried to backtrack when I confronted her about her lies. When I told her I think I needed to switch my pharmacy, she said ok fine go". Although there are nice people at this pharmacy

Horrible place to shop. Shoppers at great lake , Brapton. I want to give bad worst service and worst staff star. I was looking for nail polish . Some of the nail polish were on sale. I took the nail polish which I have planned to buy for sure. I checked with small dot on my small finger. One of the cosmetic sales representative came up there and started yelling at me and shouting at me for trying it on just a dot on small finger. It was on Wednesday at 8:00pm. I said you can not be rude to me. She said you can not be disrespect to me and my store property. I replied back nicely that look at your face , It turned all red. Why are you making yourself so angry and yelling at me just for the nail polish. She said you tried it on so you have to pay for these nail polish. I said I am going to buy. She turned more aggressive and forced me to buy the product. One she charged me full price another on sale price. But both product were under the sign of 50% sale. She said some customer put it at wrong place and she is not going to give me on sale price and she is not even going to return it. I said by law you can not sell it more than the sale price under this nail polish. But she continued yelling and called manager and told manager don't return any of her product and said i am protecting store property. But I believe as a sales person she should respect her customer and work at store properly and check if all of the product are under right sign or sale price. Manager had no word to say and he was listening just the sales person and sales person said she will make the manager do whatever she wants. I had my 2 little kids with me 3 years and 5 years. They did not even care that 2 little kids are listening to them and could have bad impact upon them. They told me don't ever come at this store as well. after leaving the store my kids asked me why they were so mean? I said some time some people have bad days. It was that lady and manager bad day specially the lady on Wednesday working in the evening.

Today I had the worst experience. The employee name is Ann and she works in the cosmetics department. She was following and staring at me as soon as I reached the cosmetics aisle. She wasn’t even hiding that she was looking at me like I was stealing something and she directed the security towards me as well. I normally like to browse and take my time as shoppers but this experience made me uncomfortable and like I should have sped through shopping and left. When I came to the counter to pay for my stuff she was rude and behaved off towards me like I did something wrong. Shoppers needs to train their workers not to stereotype and racially profile people. Ann displayed inequality towards me and ruined my shopping experience. Shoppers needs to do better.

On my trip to Shoppers last Tuesday (21/03/2023), I had seen what I believe to be a rat scurry about near the “Great Buys” area at about 2 a.m. I shudder to think that there may be more rodents than just the one I saw. A pharmacy of all places should not be having a rodent problem, not to mention the fact that this place sells food and hygiene products. This poses a significant safety hazard to both customers and employees alike. A place like this should hold sanitation and safety to the highest standard, and yet I saw a rat. It is safe to say that I will not be shopping here again.

Pharmacist was very rude to me. He didn’t wait for me to explain my issues and said he couldn’t nothing else for me.It’s his way of communicating which is poor and to be worked. All customers regardless of race need to be treated well.

Pharmacist Ameer went above and beyond in providing his expertise and service when I needed it the most. We need more individuals like him in the world. Very much appreciated and highly recommended! It is too bad how some customers don’t see the hard work that goes into the work that pharmacists do daily, instead they choose to be problematic with them. Thank you once again Ameer

Store at great lake. Don't want to talk about that store. Product were on sale. I bought same 2 blusher and lady employee charged me different price for same product at 8:30 pm. I asked her why did she charged me differently. then she said one is on sale another not on sale. Then I said I want to return the not on sale product. she got so mad at me and started yelling at me. When I told here not to be rude to me then her face turned red and started arguing more. Staff at great lake is usually nice but that lady in the cosmetic department was hell and nonsense. Never go in evening at great lake location to buy anything because that lady has no customer service skill. Go in the morning. Morning staff is really good.

I call this location to get advice and instead of listening to the issue the guy just talked over me and then told me to contact another store. He ultimately told me he did know anything. So I asked if there was someone else and then told me to contact another store again. Just very rude location and obviously not trained properly as well!

I was in extreme need to use a washroom and I asked the young man if I could use the facility and was told the store does not have a bathroom available for customers. Very sad state you will not let a customer use your facilities. I guess it's a Brampton thing as my local Shoppers in Milton have no problem with letting customers use their facilities.
