I went to the business center for help with a project and was very impressed by the service I received. The young lady who was assisting me went above and beyond; if she didn't know the answer or the procedure, she looked into it to ensure she was doing it was right. I would definitely recommend this Staples location for your business needs.

Helpful staff and good handling of current distancing and mask requirements. Felt safe and got exactly what I needed from the service section (came in for print and copy services).Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.The place was virtually deserted when I arrived, perhaps 5 customers in the entire store during midday so feel safe and free to visit if anything is needed.

Went here to look at computer desks today. Not only did they have nothing in stock, but the guy working the floor was not very helpful. I asked him for help, and he seemed annoyed and advised me that he was already helping another customer. Totally understandable, but I never saw him again and after waiting 20+ minutes I had to ask the cashier for help. I realize the people working here are making minimum wage, but I myself used to work in retail and I at least tried my best to help people. There's really no excuse for such terrible customer service. There's really no point in shopping here. Most items they sell are available online for lower prices with free shipping. The only advantage of shopping at a store like this would be for better customer service, which doesn't exist. I've gone ahead and ordered a desk on Amazon for less money and free shipping. Curious to see how long it takes for this place to go out of business..

The copy and print department at this Staples is amazing! They go way above and beyond to make sure you’re happy!Ada helped make my daughter’s birthday perfect! Highly recommend it :)

Not usually not a big fan of staples but this one is so different and accommodating compared to the rest. My most recent experience was especially good as the manager helped me out a lot while my stuff was being printed.Plus.. the employee Ava always goes over and beyond for everyone in the printing line. Hardest staples worker I’ve ever seen. Never a “Wait time” like all the others when she’s behind the counter!!

Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a sales person I was looking at a laptop that was on sale for boxing day I asked if they had one in store and he pretty much ran and got me one he was very polite and knew his laptops all the way from when I walked in till I left was a really good experience, nice job guy

Terrible. I share the same experience as all other reviews. I used to take images to get laminated to this Staples. Service was terrible, always late, apparently laminating was too cumbersome and demanding for them. I ended up buying my own laminator!
