Great customer service.Bought a Franchi Instinct L under over shotgun from Cabela's and found the bottom chamber would not load shells properly. Contacted Stoeger Canada Ltd to get warranty to repair or replace the receiver and they accepted no questions asked, also Frank was kind enough to pay for both send and return shipping due to my circumstance.Update: Got firearm back and repairs were done quickly (~3 days). Shotgun receiver no longer grinds shell rims and break action had been made smoother. Great service all around!

I had Purchased a new gun through one of their dealers and upon arrival the firearm appeared to have pitting and surface rust to a part attached to the magazine tube. I emailed service at Stroger Canada but did not receive a response within a reasonable time. Made attempt to call left a message and ,again no response. Today was my lucky day I got a hold of Andrew via phone who let me know that it's not how did warranty works" and they take no responsibility for what a brand new gun should look like and that I should have inspected it before purchasing it online! You get what you pay for including in customer care!"

Whenever I encounter a business which is absolutely worthy of a great review, I am sure to take the time to share both my experience and recommendation. In this case it is a pleasure for me to provide a 5-star review for Stoeger Canada. I have owned their products (and their family line of products) previously without any issues. I purchased one of their companies' lines of products last year and unfortunately, this time encountered a problem with one part in particular, on a very pricy item. Instead of initially pursuing service and warranty, I just bought a different brand of part as I was giddy in using my new purchase.Fast forward almost a year later, I was looking through my manual and read up about the Stoeger warranty and better yet, it is located within driving distance from where I live. I figured I have nothing to lose by contacting them to see if something can be done about the defective part that has been sitting back in the box since day one.I reached out to them and was immediately responded to by one of their staff, Frank. He walked me through the warranty process and helped me to eliminate potentially easy solutions to the issue. I assured him I tried everything and I have done this kind of thing before. I appreciated the fact that instead of insisting I did something wrong in the installation (which I am sure some companies may do), he proceeded to walk me through the warranty/return process and provided me some options, all of which were very straight forward.I received my RMA quickly and Frank offered me the option of dropping off the item, which I was happy to do, to save on costs. I got there the following day and met up with Frank in person, and just like he was in email, I found him the consummate professional, indicated realistic timeframes of when my item will be repaired, what they can and cannot do, and we had a great chat about a number of other things while I was there. My item was logged as received by the time I got back to my car.Not even a week later, Frank contacts me and indicates the item has been repaired with a factory replacement part used and tested, and that the item is back on its way to me by courier, paid for by Stoeger. Frank explained what the cause was of the issue and assured me that everything is functioning perfectly now.I am so delighted at this level of service from Stoeger Canada. I know for me, after sale support is equally as important as initial quality of a product and I am delighted Stoeger Canada stands behind its family line of products. I own multiple other products from the Stoeger family of companies and certainly I can say with confidence, that when considering my purchasing decisions in the future, I will absolutely give deference to a Stoeger supported family of products, knowing how solid the customer support and warranty is. Thank you Stoeger for a fantastic experience and thank you Frank for being a great ambassador for the company.

Stoeger Canada service in Oshawa, ON. is the model of what customer service should be! Fast to respond, quick to understand your requirement, and on it! My service request responded to almost immediately (called on phone) so I could drop my firearm off same day, and repair done right away (part was in stock!!!) I purchased 30-06 Sako S20 Rife from Saskatoon Cabelas on Dec 26th 2022 & I requested to the Sales man I need box peace he told me yes its available but later he told me sorry we have only one peace left which is on rack but the rack one is having some scratch with other rifles trigger guard.When I showed him he went inside and cleaned that scratch and again he showed me its looking like nothing because that spot was wet and he packed and handed over me outside of Shop. When I reached home I found box is broken from 3 sides and that gun was dented not scratch colour due to hard hit with some others gun's trigger lock.Next day I went for exchange with some other caliber because same caliber is not available. One lady come & she is shift manager she is very angry and rude conversation with me after long discussion she advised me to come next day to meet with some other manager when I went next day he told me I am not manager he showed me some other guy he also told me same thing and last again she comes front of me and she told me come again after jan 1st 2023 our General Manager is on off you meet with him.Every one know the rack rifle is dented they make me fool and I have very bad experience.We spend lot of money to purchase new things because we don't want damage thing.I am regular customer for cabelas last nine years but they fraud with me now.From last few years after closed wholesale shop cabelas is only one big shop for outdoor due to they monopoly and not good with customer deals.I spend lot of money for good company costly rifle but after I purchased I am disappointed.

Bought Stoeger A30 from CTC 2 years ago. I must have got a lemon. I've tried 3 different pellets and 3 different people using it and can't get a consistent 2 grouping at 20' let alone anything further. I will just get it to where it's at least kinda set up for 20' then the next time I use it it's off by 2"+. Fired from a sitting position with gun resting on a table. Won't buy another unit from this company.Edit: I switched to Stoeger Xhunt pellets and the accuracy is greatly improved. I am happy with this rifle."
