Equipment was new, clean and in good working order. Staff stayed late and were very friendly and helpful.

The service by Candis was great, even though a piece of the equipment was not shipped, Candis was very diligent and delivered the equipment herself in a timely matter, so the job was not held up.

Very poor experience renting a skidsteer from this outfit. Made arrangements to pick up skidsteer with pallet forks before closing on a Friday afternoon. At 4.30pm, I find out that they don’t actually have the pallet forks (which I needed for my use), at this point it was too late to rent from another company and I had already rented a trailer so I offered to drive out to Sherwood Park to pick up forks from their other location and they would make arrangements to have them left outside the gate. Drove out to the location that I was given verbal directions to, walked around for 45 minutes looking for the forks and nothing was there. So went the whole weekend with a skidsteer with no attachment, had to try to use my own bucket for the application which took twice as long as well as made it so I couldn’t use my own tractor at the same time which is the main reason I rented the unit in the first place. So everything took me 2-3 times longer. On Monday I called, to see if we could work something out to keep the unit for a bit longer as I only got 1/3 of the job done over the weekend. I was told that would be no problem and that the pallet forks were left at a different location, however due to work I was unable to pick them up during business hours so I had to borrow forks from a neighbour. I made arrangements to keep the unit for the whole week. Upon returning the unit I made it clear I wasn’t looking for freebies but thought it would be fair to get a bit of a discount for having a skidsteer with no attachment and the extra time and hassle it cost me. They took ~130$ off their “week rate” bringing it down to the price advertised on their website. Afterwards I called back to explain that I didn’t think that amount was fair for the amount of hassle it cost me and explained why, they were good and said they would explain what happened to their manager and get right back to me. After this, I did not hear anything back, not even so much as a courtesy call to explain why they couldn’t come to a reasonable amount. Poor organization and communication on their end caused the problem and after giving them every chance to make it right and work out a fair deal for both parties they chose to brush me off and not even return my call. Very poor customer service and customer experience.

I rented a mini steer, Andrew was my sales guy- awesome. Followed through on his promises and finding a machine when they were all rented. Made arrangements for my one day rental and then Returned it to his other site.Effective and efficient.The delivery driver, I think Brent was his name, callled me to let me know of some potential hassles when looking at my site.His advice shaved off operating time.Very happy and will return!!!Dino

Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The equipment we rented was in great shape and worked perfect and the staff who dropped it off, Clint, was knowledgeable, explained it all clearly and drove it in perfect. Will use them again for sure!

Great customer service. They didn’t have what I needed but phoned back to recommend a shop that would. I’ve rented from United before in Calgary and these guys all seem great to deal with.
