Bouncer told me I couldn’t wear my pants (joggers) inside after we were seated. He said I couldn’t go to the bathroom cause no one should see my pants. I had to pee so I went and he came to me and started arguing with me. Service is really bad, food music and shisha is good tho.

Arabesque is definitely not the same as before. First, you apparently need a reservation to get in nowadays. Secondly , if you do get in they might put you at a bar where you are standing until a booth becomes available.Arabesque is now a club. Forget studying or going there for a chill night. You will leave there drunk. The music is great s/o to dj Marquee. Overall it’s a great place to party plus shisha is a great plus

The food and the ambiance is nice !If you go there you need a reservation, if you don’t have one they will give a time for you to leave. The waitress was rude and she was turning around our table for us to understand that we needed to leave bcs people where coming… this was so strange bcs it was empty !!At the end the service was so bad i didn’t want to tip them, then she reminded me that the tip wasn’t included and took the machine to make me pay obligatory a tip… service is very bad but still the place is nice

This place has great shisha but the only downside is the deafening music. We came on a Wednesday night to have a chill night, smoke shisha and talk. However, the music was so loud we had to yell to hear each other. Food was decent but pricey.

Bad customer serviceWe went there to smoke a shisha and have a bite. The shisha boy never came to change our charcoalThe waitress is dam slow as hellThey never serve you waterShe left our plates on the table until we left.What's funny is that they ask you for tips at the endLike seriously ?!Never again

The renovations that were done blew me away!! Totally worth it. Very clean & the music was greatOne of the best shishas I've had in Montreal. The guy at door very rude , he shut the door on my face and didn't let us in, me and my wife wanted to have a shisha and drinks, stay away from this place they don't know how treat customers

Good place . Not a lot of flavours in the shisha, they give you three choices to choose from .. if you don’t like any of the flavours they have for the night well there’s not much you can do .Excellent sangria and cocktail drinks ( the arabesque sangria and litchi martini are my favourite ) I suggest to try those .As for the food menu , haven’t tried it yet , but some of my friends did, it wasn’t that impressive a bit expensive tho .Some of the staff are a bit rude but overall the rest of the team is great and very polite and professional.Great music ambiance too .I recommend this place if you’re looking for a good spot to smoke and just have a drink and good time .

Went before the renovations as well and service was never great but the ambiance usually was. Slow Friday night, only 5 tables are used. We wait for a few minutes and no one comes to take our order. In the next 15 minutes, 3 different parties arrive and are served almost immediately. There were multiple waitresses and the manager was present, however no one even came to give us the time of day. After 20 minutes we left. Very disappointing from a business that seems to want to become more upscale.
