First of all, they racially profiled us, and then they made a comment about our dress code as other people entered with sweat pants and we had proper dress code. Then they made us sit in a corner when it was empty and apparently they said all the other seats were reserved. Then our friends joined us and finally got better seating because we were more people I guess. And then finally the service for the food and drinks was extremely slow and the fries that they served us were cold so we had to get other fries. Really disappointed in the overall service as this place was hyped up by friends but do not recommend to go there

I recently visited Terrasse Carla in Montreal, and I must say I had an amazing time! The ambiance was perfect for a sunny summer afternoon with friends. The staff was welcoming, making us feel right at home. We tried several dishes from their menu, and every dish was delicious and incredibly satisfying. I was especially impressed with their cocktail selection - their mixed drinks were refreshing and oh-so-thirst-quenching! The outdoor terrace was decked out in beautiful greenery, creating the perfect backdrop for our gathering and making our experience even more memorable. All in all, it was a truly enjoyable experience, and I can't wait to visit again!

Salmon tartare was not good at all, and over price ($27). Fries truffle parmesan, not good neither. Service was bad, the waitress kept forgetting our orders. If you don't mind the loud music, and want to grab drinks this is the place. Food is a big No!

Unapologetically the best terrasse patio in Montreal. Went there for a drink and stayed for the night. The views, the location, the vibe are beyond on point. Great service especially from Jessse the manager and the best bartender/waitress Irene and my fav Marie-Laurence :). Truth be told, if you want to have fun and experience was the best of Montreal has to offer, it’s the place to be, to go. Thank me later!

Perfect example of why perceived atmosphere is not everything. I ordered a dirty gin martini from the bar that was presented to me with three (3) fruit flies on the rim of the glass. I pointed it out right away, confirm it with the bartender. There's also a lot of rust spots all over the tiles from tables in the rain and even the chairs that look comfortable just aren't. The latin music is great, but just a touch too loud for a conversation at 5pm without shouting. Seems like a place for douchey rich people. It has a lot of potential to shine, but cleanliness is job # 1.

An absolutely inconsiderate business. Blasts heavy bass club music for half of the day with no consideration of residents living literally 20 meters across the street, even after politely asking, not even a singly reply to messages left. Those that live on the 5th floor and above hear it so clear that our rooms are echo chambers, we literally feel the bass. No one wants to come home from work just to feel the thumping of music.Good luck when the residents all start filing noise complaints with the city, its intolerable. Invest in some sound proofing for your establishment for goodness sake.

The ambiance was so good and very nice view from the 6th floor. Not a lot of choice of food but definitely a nice place to go get drinks with friends. Our server was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

The only thing good about this place is the ambiance. We had a reservation and we still had to wait a long time in a massive line outside (ive never seen this anywhere else). The food was very ordinary, burger and tartare is okay, steak was the worst ive ever eaten. The service was horrendous, we saw our waitress once (she took our order and never came back, was drinking and partying with other tables). Some drinks we wanted were sold out. There was no toilet paper or soap in the bathrooms the entire night. The music was so loud, its super hard to have a conversation at a table with others. Not sure they care about people's bad experiences since they are so 'popular'(popular because its young people who do not care about encouraging quality places).
