I was go to adjustment the price today，but the staff is so rude. Another staff is gossip about guests with the “VIP”. If there is a problem with your computer, please contact your head office, do not pass the trouble on to the guests.

Sara made my transaction very pleasurable on a very busy day. 30% off and a line up behind me and she was very patient. Needed a pants not in stock and she ordered online for me. Wonderful customer service.

I have tried for three days to try to reach this store to no avail. November 27 I tried every 10 minutes for 3 hours to try to reach to confirm stock as I didn't want to drive 1 1/2 hours to find out they did not have it. November 28th I tried five more times before finally giving up. If this is the way they respond to customers definitely would prefer to deal elsewhere

Pretty much like all other Roots... Quality of their clothes are great - they have lots of sales too.Staff weren't too friendly unless it's around holiday season.

Had a good experience visiting the store last time. I was greeted right away & I was helped find what I needed promptly.

Went into Roots yesterday evening. Employees were extremely rude. From rolling their eyes to making rude faces. I was so disgusted by the behaviour I just decided to leave. For such a good quality clothing store the employees are horrible. Nasty attitude. If you’re looking to just run in and out, sure. But if you’re looking for help from an employee, better off making a drive to a different location.

The staff was very friendly here and I love the quality of the clothing. Unfortunately, I waited 25 minutes in line to pay. If the sales lady that helped me wasn't so nice I would have left.

Great location, usually really nice staff on duty.Their sale section is very small now as they carry a lot of the new arrival items more.Men, women, children and leather goods on the right side of the children section.

I was there today to do an exchange for the same item same size but in the other colour. I got my item on a black Friday sale 30%off in their stc location, I didn't wanna go to this location even i live near by, because I had a very bad experience in location in a previous purchase. But today I had to go there because the colour I want they had in stock. But when I was there during the visit the manager was very rude. They told me that I had to pay full (extra $27) price for exchaning the same item. I left and I end up returning the item. I called customer service they told I should get the discount for the same item they have no ideas why this location is doing what and she can help me send a email to head office about this problem , and I also called their other location(stc ) stuff , they were friendly to help me and called their markville location to put the item and said I can go back and get my item with the same sale. I w a s happy to go back and get the item that I want. But again the manager was very rude to me and even she did give me the same price I paid before. She was still finding excuse for herself that she is giving me an exception. When I called root Canada they told me there no such policy. I simply think they don't want to do the exchange for me. My friends also shared the same experience as me, the customer service is very poor. I am disappointed they are a big brand people not only buying clothes we also want good service ,somebody that is helpful to us when we shop not such a hard time.

If you guys ever shop at this Roots location please look for the sales associate named Carlos. He helped me out with my exchange and I didn't need to go through a hassle to get the original receipt after I brought the wrong receipt with me. He just did a straight exchange and I got the right item I wanted. He is such an amazing sales associate would definitely give him 100 stars if I can but google doesn't have that option.
