SOOOO HAPPY!!!!Martin and his team of professionals did an AMAZING job with my dream waterfall island. They were courteous, professional and fast. They took extra care of the little details such as matching the grout to the color of the vein of the waterfall edge. My experience has been nothing but enjoyable from start to finish. Bernadette took her time with us to pick out the right combinations and colors while providing her professional advice. 100% customer satisfaction! Keep up the great work.

Poor communication and organization of installation time frames. Seem to use only subcontractors that are in a rush and don't double check specs. Pricing is competitive, though customer service is low. One countertop was very off spec, and I was offered no repair or discount options; I have a counter that runs 3 past the edge of the cabinet below and is stuffed against the window frame. I have spent an additional $1000 to hide the installation issues so far"

If you need high quality, beautiful quartz countertops installed within a week of ordering, with professionalism and utmost efficiency, you need to run to Capital Stoneworks. From the first interaction with the sales team in the showroom to the end of install cleanup (in a downtown condo building, 5th floor!), the entire experience was smooth and attentive. After a full-blown renovation lasting 5 months, dealing with Capital Stoneworks was a ray of sunshine amid many challenges. I cannot recommend them enough, my kitchen now looks stunning.
