Not impressed with customer service. Unable to make decisions - rep was not available, which is fine, but her backup could not be contacted. On a Friday.Disconnected 3 times by customer.Need to find a new disposal company.

I first contacted William Bould and explained to him my situation. He found the best value for my particular circumstances. I was going through a pretty tough time having to clean out my family home and his professional attitude and understanding was going beyond what expected. The drivers had to get into a tough spot, a lot of back and forth manoeuvring was required and they also were very professional and courteous. They made a tough situation for me easier to deal with. Thank you for the great service!

I am a licensed contractor and property manager in St.Catharines, Ontario. We have a contract with Modern at one of the buildings I manage. We have nothing but trouble with this company. Firstly our 2 bins are in a large outside shed. 2 times over the last few years they have struck the door frames causing extensive but not total damage. Do they call and say sorry or anything...NEVER! Secondly many times they don't push the bins in far enough and the shed doors don't close. And this leads to issue #3, the drivers NEVER get out of their truck to close the doors, they drive off leaving them open. They have been damaged in the high winds at times. Next...Three weeks ago they inexplicably left the bins sticking outside the shed half way. Did they call and say they were having trouble? NOT AT ALL. We called and left messages over 3 weeks, NOTHING. Today we called and got sent to 3 different people and we left 3 voicemail messages. A receptionist said she sent an email to someone in the company to get back to us...nothing. Now we have spoken to a manager who said he would get back to us. We will NOT RENEW OUR CONTRACT with this uncaring poor service company. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have to say I had an amazing experience using their Bin. Will was awesome and very helpful. No hassles at all, prompt service, removal of bin exactly when requested. No hidden fees. I will be taking advantage of this amazing service from now on and with all of my future projects. Ty so much for keeping things uncomplicated.

2 stars for calling back so quickly, low because the man on the phone blew me off when I was inquiring about driving a waste collection truck. He asked if I was interested in Curb Side and other jobs that I was NOT applying for and when i said i was interested in only driving the phone call ended quickly. I would not go through the trouble of upgrading my license to downgrade my employment.

I've had the pleasure of working with William Bould for my last few bins. Incredibly professional, prompt to respond and always set me up with exactly what I need even when I wasn't sure. Glad I've finally found my guy.

Also, I was very much impressed by my recent contact with Leanne Z, a costumer service rep at Modern who took the time and initiative to offer us alternative options, all of which would result in a cost savings for us and were responsive to our immediate needs.
