RCC Waterproofing

We had foundation leak and called RCC. Daniel came out to assess the issue. He was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He was always very prompt in responding to my queries, even though it was Christmas weekend. He suggested exterior water proofing and we took his advise. He did offer us a fair and competitive quote/ offer. Glad we dealt with him. We were very impressed by his service, and would recommend him. Considering the leakage, he was able to get a crew in very fast, even though it was Christmas time. Thank you.Ryan came in and did the interior tie rods. He was very professional arrived on time. Thank you for great service andyour advice.Darwin and his crew came in and they were super efficient. They did a thorough job and he walked around the home and showed some other cracks that would need attention. We took his advise and had them do the whole job. They even worked around the winter storm we had. They worked on 30th December and morning of 31st as well. Very impressed and Thank you Daniel and Darwin & your crew. They did a thorough clean up and left the site in good shape.Even Lachante from accounting did a very good job.Each point of contact- Daniel, Ryan, Darwin and his crew and the last one was accounting Lachante, they all did a phenomenal job. I had a leak in my basement and called RCC waterproofing. I met with Nicholas who I thought was very knowledgeable about wet basement. I had a few people who look at the problem but was impressed by Nicholas’s knowledge. Nicholas answered my questions and was very polite. I hired him to fix my wet basement. Kreem and his team came out. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable about their work and work well as a team. They walked me through the process of what they were doing. I also compared their work to the brochure Nicholas provided me and they did exactly what was illustrated on the brochure. I didn’t feel that this was just another job to Kreem and his team where they needed to rush in and rush out, but they need to take their time to make sure the job was done right.Nicholas called and spoke to me in the morning to see how things were going and at the end of the day to see how things went. This is excellent customer service from my perspective. The only feedback I gave Nicolas was the need to make sure that the number of bricks that were removed from the walkway was accounted for at the end of the day because it seemed as if I had fewer bricks at the end of the day. I provided this feedback to Nicholas who stated he will look into it if that was an issue. Thank you to your team for a job well done. I cannot comment on any further leak as the job was just done this week. I will need to monitor for any leaks over the next year just to make sure we fixed the issue. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from RCC Waterproofing Nicholas, Kreem and his team. Thank you, guys!
