Not sure why anyone would give less than 5 stars to ProResp...every contact I've had with their ENTIRE STAFF (office staff, supply delivery, and therapists has been 5-star. Every interaction has been caring, knowledgeable and courteous. I'm glad they help me to BREATHE ❤. Thank you!

Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Everything is a charge and even when you pay the appointment is rushed and try to get you out as quick as possible

Excellent experience with my son getting his first apap device. Our RT was excellent at explaining the goals of therapy and how to get to our son to understand the process. She was attentive to our questions and really explained the unit well. She even made sure our cost was maximized through our benefits so that we were not out of pocket more than necessary. Very impressed with the promptly service and kind staff. Definitely would recommend this spot over others we have had experience with.
