Everyone at PATH has exceeded my high expectations. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, work fast, are proactive and not only found me a full time, permanent job quickly but have rewarded me for passing my first 30 and 90 days there. I was so nervous to have my first chat with a PATH person about seeking meaningful work, but Andrea was so friendly and spoke informally to help me feel comfortable. She is amazing! I just want to say that since I joined PATH Employment, I have learned so much about how to present myself to potential employers. My PATH Employment counsellor, Joel McKinley, has provided me with such helpful, practical and very insightful advice, that I actually have received call backs on the jobs that I’ve searched. This is something that I was never able to achieve on my own before. And he always gives me the positive support I need to keep pushing onward, even when I’m ready to give up. PATH Employment Services was one of a kind when helping to apply to my first job in Canada. As a newcomer is always challenging and scary because you do not have the professional advice on these matters. Fortunately, I had an amazing experience with MacKenzie Townsend, the agent who was assigned to me, she was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and patient, since the beginning she was asking questions about my previous experience and skills so we could find a job in which I felt comfortable applying to.
