Can't give Eastlink 0 stars but it's what they deserve, sold me a defective mobile phone that died after 18 days and they won't replace it, their DOA policy is 15 days, no exceptions, not their problem anymore, you're on your own buddy.I have to send it to Samsung to be repaired or replaced, maybe I'll get it back before Christmas, maybe not. Way to go Eastlink, One of the best managed companies in Canada"

The store manager here was a exceptional customer service rep. I had to take care of my sassy veteran who was 76 and had to deal with a malfunctioning phone from a company out in BC. We had to switch companies but the old company was not open on a weekend. The sitituation was critical for us in a sense where that phone is his med alert device so he couldn't leave a store without it. The phone number was a critical component due to his meedical history. The manager obtained a different number on the phone with the promise of porting the old phone number remotely. Additionally he took exceptional care of the veteran who needed all the support he could get as swapping companies is a big deal for him and setup his phone for hearing/ visual impairment. Thank you again!

Rarely do I leave reviews, but this Eastlink location deserves the WORST reputation. Every time I come back to Nova Scotia, I go here to fix an issue that I’m having with my phone. There has not been ONE. SINGLE. TIME where the wait is less than 30 minutes. It’s quite remarkable actually. The excuse for this? I presume that they would say “We want to give the absolute best service to our clients! We are really thorough!!”However, What do I see as the customer? I see the staff helping their customers choose “the right” phone case for 20+ Minutes (are you serious??) I see staff connecting customers’ new phones as if they have never done it before (constantly running around, asking questions frantically) and I see that when I HAVE gotten service in the past, the simple task that I ask (such as to change my phone number) somehow manages to take them AT LEAST 30 minutes to do, ON TOP OF THE MINIMUM 30 MINUTES I JUST SPENT WAITING FOR SERVICE!! There are sometimes I have spent nearly 2 hours in there!!! That is TERRIBLE business!!Coming from someone who has worked in retail, Eastlink needs to understand that TIME matters. If I’m standing around waiting for the staff to be done WITH THE SAME THREE PEOPLE that were there when I arrived 30-40 minutes ago, that is ridiculous!! Of course, nothing will change, as most of the negative comments about this store pertain to the ridiculous wait times, and nothing has changed. Just wanted to inform everyone that there could not be a worse location to go to than Eastlink at MicMac Mall.

Very friendly and helpful. Went in to change carriers with a working phone. Switch was done very quick with discounts awarded that were not expected. Mic Mac Mall location was not busy day after Black Friday. Highly recommended.

Bought a new phone not great at all the new technology they as nice a young man there called Greg that is very helpful to me and I'm there alot never rolls his eyes when I appear just asks what I need and he looks after me I'd recommend east link and Greg for all of us cell phone needs at mic mac

Cant recommend these guys enough. I have just switched from a very well known Canadian provider. It is 100% better value, 100% better service, the most helpful friendly staff. You will not be dissapointed with the very polite very knowledgeable staff in the Eastlink store in the Mic Mac mall. Changing over is painless they take care of it all. Just bring your account information and some ID and you will be instantly up and running.

They have all the latest Apple and Samsung phones. No Google phones though. they also have different services like Wi-Fi and cable. I prefer Eastlink because it is Canadian.Here's a tip for you when you go to buy a new phone, they might buy out your remaining balance!

Let's start with the good news. I had Eastlink for around 2 years, It was good service and speed even tho the upload speed is not the best it works good. The bad news : If you ever pay to much money to them and you close your services it's going to be hell to get your money back. I have returned all my equipment in august 2022 and after going to the stores and calling many times I still don't have received anything. This is getting ridiculous. I have called them multiple times and every time the answer is your money is on the way when I clearly know it's not. After 5 months of waiting and calling now I need to go to the consumer protection fill up a complaint against them. Don't ever trust them on paying you back if you ever pay to much and you close your account. I lost a lot of time calling and going in stores. Now you are in the known. Not a compagnie you can thrust.
