Be wary - they are not transparent about their fees and will add hundreds of dollars for no apparent reason. Case in point: their technician 'repaired' my dishwasher within ten minutes replacing a simple thermostat, and yet charged me a king's ransom with no explanation. I could understand the initial service fee of $150 + cost of part + taxes, but an extra $130 was added to the bill for no reason. I contacted the owner and he claimed that their technicians are such experienced wizards that they can perform magic before my eyes - uh huh. I'm technical and handy enough myself to know a quick fix from a more involved job. So I can say I was fleeced for a quick fix. Pay attention to what your technician is doing and if something seems off, don't accept their invented fees.

Service rep was on time and professional. Helped to diagnose the issue with my stove quickly, and was a kind person to talk with while they were working. Would definitely use again if more issues are seen with my appliances.

Lower service fee than other companies. Got an appointment for the same day and the tech called to ask if he could come within an hour of booking. Yuri was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and giving me tips for maintaining both the washer and dryer to good order for the home I just purchased. Would definitely recommend them to others!

Service Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He was was timely and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Even I have an older model of dryer and Sasha (the technician) is so experienced that he can diagnose what the problem is. He spent his own time to try to look for the right part for my machine when he found out that the replacement belt was shorter than the original broken one. He is very responsible, dependable and well-experienced. I appreciated his workmanship and professionalism and have no doubt to give him my praise.

Technician arrived at the very end of the appointment window which was between 3pm-6pm, he arrived at 6:10pm. Technician was a well prepared professional. Very friendly and personable, like we had been friends for years. He fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with follow up on process. At first everything was going fine. Sent an email to upper management and they were very quick to reply. They handled the situation with care and understanding which was very appreciated. I was scared that I would not have any return but was not the case.It is unfortunate, everything was going well. Not a major issue and the reparator was well qualified.It is hard to trust companies online, but they are trustworthy and would certainly call them back or refer them to friends and family.

My washer and dryer are older, and both were in need of some work. Tyler came to the rescue, and both running like new again. He called me with an ETA, arrived at that time, and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service, and I will definitely call again if I have any issues with my appliances.

This is a GREAT business to use for appliance repairs. Easy to book, only had to wait 1 day for repair technician. Technician was knowledgeable and explained repairs needing to be done so it was easy to understand. Definitely recommend and will use them again if the situation arises.
