This store was very disappointing to me today. While I am aware that they are very polite and humble, here's the situation I found myself in today:There were two packets of chicken I bought, one for biryani and one for the curry. The first one weighed 3.980 pounds, and the second one weighed 3.280 pounds; both had their skins removed. Having checked the weight again from home, I felt one packet had very little chicken. I called the store, and they said it could have been mislabeled. As I returned the check to their store, the owner apologized, we missed labelling both chicken packs, and your weight is correct now. He changed the label and apologized. After accepting his apology, I went back home and checked the weight once more.In the first packet, the weight was 3.980 lb - skin = 3.470 lab, and in the second packet, the weight was 3.280 lb - skin = 2.122 lab,In this case, the difference is between the two packages.The first packet 3.980 - 3.470 = 0.510 lb without the skin, is understandable.In the second packet, 3.280 - 2.122 equals 1.158 lb without skin for small chicken skin, which is twice as much as in the first packet. The logic doesn't make sense to me.Please be careful the next time you give something to your customer, as well as you wasted my time and fuel coming back to your store, so please do not do this again.

Chicken wasn’t fresh. The guy picked an oldPre packed chicken, put it into a new one and replaced the label. Chicken didn’t look fresh and seemed slimy. All this right in front of my eyes. I asked if it is fresh and the guy said yes, then why replace the packaging. I wasn’t comfortable when I looked at it again in my car, so returned it at cash counter and didn’t even ask for money. I just left since didn’t want to create a ruckus with other customers there.In the past my experience with goat meat hasn’t been good either. I am a single person who eats meat in my family so I tried buying smaller quantity but they said the least they will sell is one leg. Then once I asked for just couple of pounds of mix meat and they gave me, but the pieces were useless. Never coming back.

The google and the store display says that the store is open till 9PM. But when we went there today around 8.30PM, the store keeper just refused us to enter and said they closed at 8PM.I came from Bowmanville to purchase something urgently and this is very unfortunate!

Fresh meat available. Their kheema is out of this world. Very professional and friendly staff. Must visit for meat lovers
