They got my order correct and quickly got my drink. Although they did forget to ask if i had a points card. I usually get the fresh taro milk tea, but i forgot to say the fresh" part. So i got a regular taro milk tea. I did not like it as much

1.) A waste of $15 tbh2.) Management needs to schedule more workers during the rush.Basically, the 2 drinks I got was probably the worst version of Coco’s chocolate slush and Mango slush I’ve ever had . I’m a regular customer at Coco’s and always get the Chocolate slush. Unfortunately, I was home already by the time I’ve tried the drink , the drink was watery than usual and the toppings of the mango slush was undercooked. If i could’ve asked for a refund I would’ve . ( It was that bad). It seems that they rushed all the drinks since it was busy and there were only 2 people working .The management definitely needs to schedule more people to avoid this issue.

I ordered a PEARL milk tea and there were NO PEARLS inside. I could not tell if there were any pearls or not when I was in store because the cup was made with paper so I could not see what’s inside. I went there at 5pm and I was the only customer there at that moment, so it should not be busy for the baristas. How could they still mess up my drink? I paid more for what I got. Very disappointed.

Update: they've improved alot since then! Made multiple visits since and is now my home for Coco drinks!-----Sept 8 2021I'm really excited about this new location cuz there is a scarcity of good bbt in this area. But there is a management issue.Staff did a good job making the drink taste great but there is a lack of resource and communication training at this location.I felt bad the customer before me. She waited 25 mins for a pre-order drink. I also preordered mine 20 mins ahead expecting it to be slow and it wasn't ready. The machine for the hot drink was broken, they were running low on toppings because I had very few coconut jellys for a large drink, and the pressure to deliver quickly from broken machines didn't help. Management also needs to help staff on communicating issues to customers.I feel bad for the staff. Management needs to add supplies, train staff on communication and add staff as this place ramps up

Ordered a brown sugar pearl latte.. when I got home I found out it was just milk and sugar. Went with going back to fix it.Place is clearly panicked during a rush and it affects their ability to create correctly. Likely a management issue.Update for response: I understand the latte series is made with fresh milk, my point is it was literally just milk and sugar. There were no pearls or flavoring at all, It wasn't even brown sugar or with ice. I had a plain white warm drink with sugar in it. My order was made on March 22nd around 6 pm.

Best Coco location for me as the service is always fast and friendly. Dine in area and washroom always clean. I’d rather go here than another location closer to me as parking is free/easy too.

CoCo is my favourite BBT chain, and this location reaffirms my love for it. The service is very friendly, it is in a good location, it is very clean and attractive, and best of all the drinks are top-notch every time. They also have a great rewards program. I will also add that the tapioca pearls always are so fresh and soft/chewy, making the whole drink experience very excellent. I would 100% recommend and I will continue to be a regular customer here.

I love how there's a new location in this part of Scarborough, it makes it super easy to satisfy some last minute boba cravings. The ambiance is nice and bright, but lacking in background music. The staff were friendly as well.However, upon visiting we were informed at the cash register that they ran out of tapioca which I found kind of strange and disappointing considering it's a bubble tea shop. Now it's just a tea shop LOL.NOTE: They don't accept cash, card only.

If I could give 0 stars, I literally would! This is by far the worst bubble tea I have had. We went in a group of 6 and all got Brown sugar 4.99 promo bubble tea. It was super watery, legit tasted like boba in water, and for some reason the lady gave us bubble tea in cardboard cups like, who does that? Anyways, we were served in literally a minute since making 6 cups of so called bubble tea was easy, all you gotta do is mix water and add boba?! Please save your money and don’t get any bubble tea from here, instead go to Cha time or Tiger sugar!

They got my order wrong twice. Talked to Emily over the phone she said she’s the manager. She implied I was lying about getting the order wrong and asked me to take a photo of what I received. She didn’t even apologize in the beginning for her mistake and only offered to give me 10 points which I didn’t even get. Terrible service.
