I hired DrainPro back in 2017 for some work and was very satisfied. I hired them again and they came this week to replace 3 leaky faucets with items I purchased and to also replace my original toilets where everything was pretty much dating back to 1978 when the house was built. Of course like anything new, there’s bound to be a few glitches post install to which we noticed that same evening. We called them the next day and they came in the afternoon and addressed all our concerns. The technician was awesome and knows his craft. He answered all of our questions and also went the extra mile for other minor issues during the replacement process. I will definitely deal with them again when any additional plumping work would be required.

It was the first time I ever had to call for plumbing service, I was a little fretted about it. Tim was prompt in setting up the appointment. Matt was professional and friendly in educating me on how the piping works. It eases my mind to know that my plumbing was inspected by a professional. I highly recommend DrainPro for its reliable service.

I've had them out twice in 2 weeks, once to fix a toilet and another time to replace a different toilet. Everyone I dealt with was patient, understanding and responsive. The first time they came over within an hour, the 2nd time was a few hours later. Excellent same day service both times. I won't pretend to know if the price was higher or lower than any other company but they did advise of cost upfront and I certainly felt the service I received was worth the price.

I called late Friday afternoon to book an appointment, thinking I would have to wait a number of days before I would see anyone. Not so! Monday morning, Tyler came over, explained the problem and the solution to me, and got to work clearing the world's biggest blockage. Not only that, but he was humming as he worked, Beautiful voice! Nice to hear someone who so obviously loves his job.10 out of 10!

Really quick to respond and efficiently solved the drain issue I had. As important was the professional approach, helpful discussion, and thoroughness and cleanliness of the job. Will use again.

Great job, but way over-priced. If I was given proper information on pricing before booking, I would have shopped around from the start. The lady who booked the appointment said that their rates are by the hour and the technician will give me an estimate. When the technician came he said none of their jobs are by the hour and instead are a fixed price based on the issue. $600 for 1.5 hours of work to unblock a kitchen pipe and re-install sink connection is too much in my opinion.

Very happy with my experience with Drain Pro! Tyler was able to come in and fix the problem in the less an hour and was a very nice gentleman! I live in an old home and he knew how to work the old pipes. Very fairly priced as well! Will definitely call them again.

Had Drainpro replace the home's original sewage pipe (circa 1958!) in our basement. Have dealt with this company for years and always professional and pleasure to deal with. Matt and Tyler were the two lads on the job and they did excellent work. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our church has used Drainpro for big and small jobs. They are professional, courteous and always explain what they are doing. We just had 2 toilets repaired and Matt was quick and tidy. We highly recommend them.
