Creative Stone

This place is amazing. So many other stone and countertop stores are so pompous. This one just sells good stone at good prices. The owner took time with us to understand what we wanted and worked with us to deliver quickly.

They don't know how to use a measuring tape and make notes. They could easily bring in my granite countertop upstairs and in to my kitchen (4' x 8'), which has 9' ceilings. They wanted to bring it in 3 pieces at first, then two pieces and both times they forgot to add the overhang. Very unsatisfied with this company and I would never contract these people for any job. Our builder hired these rookies for the best bang for the buck.

Best marble and granite shop in the GTA

This has been one of the most unprofessional companies we have ever dealt with! We have been waiting months to have a solution or remedy to the issues that we faced during the installation process, and thereafter, with these people. The manager who claims to be an owner is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. He is rude, arrogant, and condescending to say the least. The second owner who contacted us after leaving our first negative Google review, still has yet to remedy anything as well. It's been months! We are prepared to take the next steps at this point. Don't waste your time, energy, and more importantly money with these people!

I'm not sure where to even begin. I guess let's start with how excited I was to find Creative Stone Countertops after our kitchen designer dropped the ball and we weren't able to get the original quartz we wanted. I thought I did my research and landed on creative stone countertops. I was wowed by their Google reviews and pictures, and they even offered to price match, which all ultimately won us over in the end.Upon time to come do measurements, the owner of the company, Sam/Salaam, suggested that we do a zoom call and he would walk us through the measurements ourselves. It did not feel comfortable doing this, as I already know if measurements are off even in the slightest, it can throw the whole project off. Sam/Salaam finally came to do the measurements himself. While here, he was boasting about how professional he and his company and team were, however the entire time he was taking other calls and on the phone. Completely interrupting him taking the measurements. We were trying to chat with him outside, when he all of a sudden abruptly told us he had to go, and his words, he had to bounce". Creative stone is awesome!! The workers worked hard and efficiently, they were reliable and workmanship was immaculate. I highly recommend them for great pricing and guaranteed great work. Very happy

Granitte slabs were beautiful and they are from Infinity Stone. The installation was horrible as they cracked the granite, replaced it after much arguing with them finally replaced the slab only rmto Crack it again during the install and refused to fix it and then blocked me on all social media and phones. DONT WASTE YOURM MONEY

Rushed work, the stone was not measured properly to appliances, they were cutting extra pieces on site, my oven won't sit properly in place because of the wrong cuts, and they brought the stone all the way up half way up the wall where the microwave goes so now that sticks out too (I've never seen anyone do this)... they also promised a cutting board with the extra material and have been dodging ever since. Would expect way higher quality for this expensive price, save your money.

Awesome crew ... top notch fabricator, was very happy with the quality.
