Best pizza in the East side. Wonderful flavor, nice thin crust, generous toping. Mexican pizza is good, but way too salty, though. Quattro legumi is one of my favorites, but it's too oily. Del Giardino is very good, as well as Del Funghi. Submarines are good, but would taste even better with a homemade sauce. Service is polite.(To the Pizzarelle owners: you really need to change your ceiling because as it is, it looks pretty dirty. And add some light in the kitchen; the cooks can barely see what they're doing.)

Change of ownership brought online ordering and mistakes in orders on deliveries.Also the price shown on my online order confirmation is never the same as the bill presented and no explanation are given on the final bill for the surcharges.Too bad they had very nice food and fast delivery.I'll give them a 3rd chance, but if mistakes and very long delivery keep happening then I will stop doing business there.Good pizza are easy to come by, especially in this area. Since they are in the same price bracket as the other privately owned restaurants.

I placed an order at 5:00pm and not only did it take 2 hours for the order to arrive, the order was completely wrong. When I called to complain I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I have ordered so many times from this place and the food is great but this is the last straw. Will never order from them again for their absolutely horrible customer service.

I ordered for the first time yesterday and I was very satisfied. Took a 8 5 meat and 8" all dressed and it was very savory. My boyfriend loved his 5 meat pizza so much that he's asked to get another 5 meat pizza today lol. Definitely recommend

Food was cheap [13.95 for meal, drink and side for lunch special] and great . Food is always on point. Service is amazing, but we are there almost friday. The new owner has to change the ceiling tiles A.S.A.PI would love it if they could have fresh cut fries. The frozen ones are always trash even if they season them very well

The thin crust pizza is cooked well, and full of flavor. The poutines do have curd cheese. You can ask for the sauce on the side so it doesn't get soggy. Price point is a little high, but it's probably one of the better pizzas in the area.Negative point is because it happened twice in the past year that delivery took over 2 hours, at which point I called to cancel and made something at home. I understand that delays can occur, but damage control like calling the customers back to inform them could have been done. Apart from that, the people on the phone are always respectful, and I once received a pizza with the cheese stuck to the top of the box and I called, and the manager excused himself and even offered to have a pizza sent to my house -which I refused, however the car still showed up and he gave it us. Nice guy. Would recommend.

I’ve only taken out their pizza, so I can’t say much about Pizzarella’s service. It’s a good take out pizza when you’re looking for a quick bite. The price went up recently, we paid 60$ for two large pizzas, one being a special and the other an all dressed. Weekends, best to order before the dinner rush.

We ordered a Pizza and a Poutine. The pizza was ok but the poutine was horrible. Instead of curd cheese they put mozzarella cheese. I called to let them know to be told the curd cheese melted... When curd cheese melts it is thick , which this wasn't . Not worth the price we paid ! Disappointed
