Dima and his team did such a great job and were quick and efficient. The construction area was always kept very tidy and the team worked diligently and finished within the planned schedule. The new bathroom looks incredible - we plan to use them again for other design and build projects.

We found Happy Reno at a time when we were frustrated and in despair with the renovation quoting, review and contract process, just as 2 of our previously consulted builders had pulled out from starting workout renovation due to rollover and delays to their existing projects! He came in, had a look, sent a costing promptly, even though he didn’t take a signal note down on a book, the quote was super accurate with everything we discussed and wanted with our reno :) Dmitriy and his team are super fun to work with, professional, and tell it like it is! What we loved the most was if there was something we wanted design wise, and it wasn’t practical, Luke and his crew would work through it with you to find next best option!We did:1) bathroom to bedroom conversion2) a study/small bedroom to bathroom + walk in wardrobe conversion3) a dining area to bathroom conversion! All in under 5 weeks.Dmitriy is very black and white and tells it like it is. And really good at managing and overseeing the entire build! So if you are looking to micro manage the situation, best to go elsewhere! We loved the work they did for us and for helping us bring our design and reality to life!
