As a university student, it was important for me to find a reliable mechanic that wouldn't over charge me for the suspension work I needed on my 4runner. Dan and his staff did an amazing job! Not only were they welcoming but also took the time to explain to me what specifically was wrong with my suspension system and showed me what exactly I needed. He also took the time to find the best priced parts for my car. So communicative and very fair prices! I can't recommend Esslinger enough! Thanks Dan

Just went thru #TimHortons on Victoria...great service, line went quickly, and the apple fritters were not excellent indeed! Accompanied with a java n a vanilla flavour shot.Another happy day!

Esslinger saved us! We were travelling home from the Yukon to Victoria and we had an engine problem. The Ford dealer was booked until Nov 1 (and it was Oct 3rd). Dan said come on over and we will look at it and they took the time to fix it even though they were booked up with other repairs. We are very grateful for the service and their kindness. All the staff were great!

i cannot recommend this place more, where do i begin? i get back to the shop, the guy comes out, told me how it was, what they did, showed me on a diagram the details of what was wrong,brought me a piece of my truck and explained in detail how it was found, replaced and fixed. informed me about some light wear in the surrounding area, i have never had an Auto shop treat me like a valued customer. an honest, transparent place right here
