I approached this company a year ago and was assured there was no commitments for Estimates and Concepts for my Kitchen remodel.He raised his prices and let my trusted Designer Go. I gave him a $1000 retainer but have changed my direction and he refuses to refund my retainer.. He stated it was for time doing concept drawings and estimates - which he advertises it on his web site for Free...

Dealing with James for over a year, was great, he was very patient with us we knew up front what we wanted and how we wanted it because of waiting for so long, and he followed exactly what we wanted, but made very helpful and knowledgeable suggestions.A big reason we were so happy to deal with James, was right off the bat he wanted to come and see the space and measure before doing anything, where a lot of other places we dealt with took our ideas and measurements and went with it without seeing the space or questioning if our measurements were on point.I highly recommend James & his team if you are looking to spruce up your kitchen, he will offer a lot of different options for a lot of different budgets.

I purchased a beautiful kitchen from James, he was curteous efficient and very professional in doing the designs for the kitchen and when it came time to order he gave me an estimated arrival date and the cabinets came in a day early. Price for my kitchen was very reasonable and would not hesitate to go to him for future projects. We purchased our cabinets and quartz countertops from Creative Lifestyle Kitchens and Bath and couldn't be more pleased.The cabinets fit perfectly into our space and arrived on time. We love the soft close drawers!The quartz template was completed by a very professional technician and the installers did an amazing job. You cannot see the seams that were required (due to the shape/size of our bar).Overall, we have had a great experience dealing with James, the owner of Creative Lifestyle Kitchens and Bath!
