Between many issues that others listed here one that drives me crazy is the parcel room: they put the Canada Post parcel locker inside a parcel room that is locked by a coded system called 1Vallet that should never be used together (Canada Post inside 1Vallet). Because you forget to take the key of the Canada post, open the 1Vallet parcel room, you are f$&@$(“ - the door open just once. Have to chase administration, ask god… if you find someone to open the door, you are lucky. Or wait your next parcel. Please put the Canada post parcel locker outside the parcel room! Don’t need twice security for that!

It is beautiful, but when your air conditioner fails twice it's not good!Especially as we speak being 31 degrees today. It was working fine until we had a knock on the door Friday and they wanted to change a part in the air system, which took 10 minutes figured he would make sure it works upon completion. Come to notice a few hours later we had hot air blowing out and no response to fix what he did wrong of course all weekend long.We also moved in 5 days late because of the same issueAlso water pressure for shower non existent dont even need to close shower curtainSo far not Impressed

Apart from the warmest welcome from Ashley! The moment we walked into this condo my daughter and I were blown away! Clean, beautiful building, amazing amenities with very bright suites; love the natural light! - this is home. I only wish there was underground parking.
