When I can get there, the experience has always been positive. As many folks say, they do use very sharp needles so I almost never feel the stab.

They are rarely open, & they never answer when I call no matter what time.And now they don't want to take any emergency appointments because I don't have a doctor there.& I've been trying to find one for months.Sure, the people are nice & may be good at their job when they finlly do it.But that doesn't make up for terrible hours & service, like it's a hospital for god sake, you can't just close emergency.When I'm in the process of dying, should i expect an hour drive to kamloops that I most likley wouldnt survive? I guess so....

Fell off a ladder. Went there at 2:00pm to emergency. Oh........turned away as the emergency did NOT open till 6pm. WHAT!!!!!!! Had to drive an hour to Kamloops hospital. Absolutely ridiculous. Good luck. Terrible terrible terrible

As Ashcroft is small in population it is sure not small in the professionalism at our local Clinic. Everyone is polite, courteous and very helpful. We are very lucky! C.Magri

I was able to make an appointment in advance and, when I arrived on time, I was taken care of quickly. Staff were friendly. Lab waiting area was clean and chairs were well distanced.

The wait time here is terrible waited 3hrs just to leave because there were no doctors to help me my appointment here got canceled also
