We were skeptical about hiring a cleaner but we are so glad we did. Mopify is very easy to use, has great customer service (is quick and responsive), and has competitive rates.Ciara cleaned our home today and was lovely, professional, kind, and super patient with our three dogs so were very curious about the guest in our home.I highly recommend Mopify, and Ciara. We will continue on a biweekly schedule.

We have been very happy with the Mopify service so far after using it for three months. Our cleaner comes on a bi weekly basis and does a great job with the 3.5 hours of cleaning and tidying the areas where we need the most help. Easy to set up automatic rescheduling and payment online. Recommend the platform.

I hired this company for Airbnb turnovers. The first time I used their services a cleaner cancelled the day of but they were able to find me a replacement who did a great job. I had booked a cleaner for my second turnover a week in advance. The day of the cleaning the cleaner cancelled again and the company was unable to find a replacement. This is a very unreliable and unprofessional way to conduct business. I now have to leave my young kids with caregivers to spend hours cleaning and I have to drive to Toronto when I no longer live there.

I really like the ease of booking a clean, all of your preferences are saved to your profile and they charge your credit card on file after cleaning is done. You can leave a tip for your cleaner if you would like through the website, but they say they are compensated well above market, so no pressure.While they are pretty quick to book you a cleaner, I find I don't have the same one more than 2-3 times, which is the only downfall especially if you find you that is really good.

I shopped around a lot after returning to work from maternity leave and ended up trying Mopify. Unfortunately, after 4 bi-weekly cleans, I would not recommend. Our first clean was great (Victoria), but all others were sub-par with very obvious things missed (floors mopped without being vacuumed, toilets and tub not cleaned, stainless steel appliances not wiped etc.) We also had a rug ruined when the cleaner spilled bleach all over it (Mopify offered a $15 discount to compensate-- lol) and an entire load of hang-only laundry put into the dryer (which is not something we asked for and is not on their list of things done in a clean -- no offer for compensation or discount). I got the sense that the cleaners were solely focused on running out the clock on the scheduled clean, rather than doing a good job. I did not find it was good value -- let alone adding in the cost of damaged property.

Mopify takes all the annoying admin out of finding, setting up and scheduling cleaning services. It's like the Uber of house cleaning. Easy to set up, schedules and payments happen automatically. The cleaners are great and efficient. A great service start to finish.
