They were super nice to speak with in the store and promised to change the tires & safety the vehicle. A few days after getting our car we noticed 2 tires seemed low on air, we didn't think anything of it and refilled. A week later same issue, we asked them to repair. They were good about repairing it but a few weeks later the tire blew out. Shortly after (less than 2 months after purchasing) we needed to change the oil. Then a month later noticed a leak and were the transmission (and another few weeks later) the power steering were shot. We use the car to get groceries once a week and have done 1 road trip to Montreal, we don't drive enough for this many problems. Honestly, they are very nice but I would reccommend if you purchase a vehicle from them to immediately take it to your own mechanic to make sure there aren't any major problems (not sure where they safety their cars) If we consider how much we paid for our car plus the cost (and roadside assistance) we might as well have bought the 2023 model.

Very knowledgeable people work here, willing to take their time to work with the customer. I was totally satisfied with the car I got. They try to include warranty and give you a fair price for the car.

I bought a Van at the very first few days of February. They got me financing!! I was hyped. I signed papers and i get 2 manual keys (no fobs) and the car starter fob key. He mentioned it takes multiple turns and patience to unlock the front door. Apparently that isnt covered in the safety. He said that hed already ordered it (haha) The next day I couldnt get in my van a few times. It was embarrassing. I messaged again and asked for the part to be fixed. He said it already was ordered. Messaged him a week later. He said it should be in Thursday. I messaged just over a week ago again. He took all of my van information. I was so excited to get this dealt with so I can move on. I thought it was finally ordered. Messaged yesterday and I was ignored.For two months I've had to get CAA to rescue me 3 times. I have to enter my van through the side sliding door. My wife thinks I got scammed. I have to bring in large amounts of tools nightly so they dont get stolen. My van is still left unlocked. I was even gonna pay for the parts and labour. Please dont reply to this with an apology. I just wish this issue can be rectified. Please dont lead people on.You simply could just say that we don't have to manpower or resources to fix the lock.I could have had this fixed months ago with zero stress. The van looks really nice and drives well. I just wish I felt happy with my new purchase.
