Excellent product once my rep had put in auto alert for when my toner was getting low as there was not a link from the copier to my computer to forwarn me of this. Once i brought this up to my rep they had an alert added to the system so that when my toner is getting low they being 4Office would recieve said alert and then order me a replacent cartridge. This has avoided extreme issues with not having toner and not being able to print my documents which is very vital aspect of my business. Thanks to the great staff for overcoming this issue.
