Best Buy

My family went in there to buy a tv. Immediately greeted by the staff who had someone ready for us in the tv section. Jarrett was our sales representative who was helpful and friendly. I can't speak for the other staff but he knew what he was talking about. After settling on a tv we wanted he was able to find us last year's model in storage and gave us the option for that at a discounted price brand new. Everyone was happy and we saved ourselves a few hundred dollars.Highly recommend Jarrett.

Our laptop quit working, so took it to the Best Buy in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada. Fantastic service! Aabed was awesome. Did a diagnostic and found that the mother board was fried. He helped us pick a new laptop that suited our needs and pocketbook. He then was able to transfer our data to the new computer and saved us another hour trip to pick it up. Great customer service!

Love the store.....But I wish they would correct their store hour's. 6 pm is way to early. People are always saying that our city is dead. And one of the reasons is that stores shutter to early. Thanks

Trash staff, trash selection. Don't waste your time unless you wanna be followed around and stared at. Too bad we can't leave 0 star reviews

Linda at the service desk in Sault Ste Marie was extremely helpful and eager to satisfy her customer.Throughout the process Linda was polite and professional in front of my child, going so far as to laugh and joke with her, this made my daughters first major purchase a pleasant experience.Way to go Best Buy!Your loyal customer.

This store doesn't carry the products people want. Game shelves are empty, movie shelves are almost gone but hey they got 2 aisles of cameras nobody ever looks at. I've had good experiences with the sales people I've dealt with but they couldn't order in a tv I wanted a few years ago. Ended up going with someone else. Why not keep some high end models in the store?

Maybe I just hit a bad day but last time in the store I couldn't find anyone to assist and made my purchase from a competitor. Only staff seemed to be a greeter and two people running checkout.

Customer Service is STELLER! From the time I walked in, I was impressed. Staff is friendly and so helpful. Knowledgeable and very patient. During my shopping experience I also had the privilege of watching a senior be helped by another saleperson who explained the woman's bill and helped her understand how to set up her new device, transferring all her files from old to new.I wasn't just impressed by the service I got personally from not 1 but 3 sales people in total, but I really liked seeing how they treated customers that aren't at all Tech Savy.Good on all of you, Best Buy staff.The selection in the store is impressive as well.For those looming for suggestions on what to possibly buy as a mothets day gift, one sales person, Jarrett suggested the Aura. A wifi sharable photo frame.On that note, I would like to send a shout out, to Jerrett for all his extra efforts in helping me during my new iPhone shopping experience.

Customer service is rly bad and inexperienced... They don't know what they are talking about and are confused about the product... Especially the girl from the mobile phone department, had such a bad time buying a phone from her...should really train some of the employees on how to speak with customers...
