A very convenient hardware store situated at the busiest corner of Laval, Carrefour Laval. Besides having its own exterior entrance, there is also an interior entrance accessible from the mall near the food court. This Rona is a super store , selling everything related to your house including fridge, oven and dishwashing machine, in addition to all the construction related items and gardening. It also provides an opportunity to enjoy the diversity of Carrefour Laval.

Well arranged isle and good deals if you can find them. Just hate that you need to go through the entrance and the whole store when you're just trying to buy and pickup in-stores, and just need to get to their lockers.

Bad customer service! Take clients for idiots as the director of store lied to me about their price matching policies! I had to research it online and still continued lieying to my face! I also felt very racially profiled.Spoke to customer service to issue a formal complaint and received the call from the other store director but no follow up or anything!Took my business to Home depot and have never been happier with a customer service ever!

So I went to rona, literally paid top dollar for everything I bought.... went to the cash only to have to scan all my own stuff. In other words, I became an unpaid rona employee for a few minutes, then no bags offered so I had to carry everything in my pockets to my vehicle.I will NEVER again step foot here unless this policy of not wanting to pay any employees changes.All companies who practice these ways should be boycotted at once.The only thing corporate understands is money so, you have lost mine.
