At home Save-on has been our store of choice for years. When I travel I always look for a Save-on foods store making my stay just a bit more comfortable. When you are passing through Kamloops stop in for a bit and enjoy!!!

Clean! Stocked, prices high, but following inflationary pressures, specialties (ie meat. Slicing/butcher, wine sommelier, long term employees. Grwat service.

I go to Save-On for items that are hard to find elsewhere. Their weekly specials are usually a good deal, but everything else is a bit pricey. The full service checkout was disappointing, as I had to bag items myself, but was blocked from easily doing so by a large plexiglass barrier. The store is okay for specialty items, but not my go-to place for most groceries.

Good quality and adequate choice but I notice the regular prices of fresh food changes drastically basically everyday.

Save On. Probably the best grocery store in town. We get a ton of our groceries here and their bakery section always smells so great! Staff are helpful and the prices are reasonable - recommend that you download their app (everyone and their uncle has an app now) because if you have the save on app you get extra savings on top of the regular weekly sales!

The Cashier Vivian is by far one of the rudest employees i’ve ever encountered. She should work for border security not save on foods with how seriously she takes her job. get a grip woman. i actively avoid her in the checkouts, and i recommend everyone else does too. it will make you go from having a great day to a terrible one. i know lots of other people complain about this lady too. i no longer even shop at this save on anymore and i go to superstore now cause of her.

Visit to Save On was great. Staff were very helpful, especially the butcher and bakery attendant. Preferred store for us most grocery trips.

People are friendly and helpful. They still put you groceries in the bags you bring. I like shopping here better than other big box grocery stores.

Disgusting pricing. Consistently 20-40% above grocery stores in town or even up north which make absolutely no sense. All their “deals” are complete garbage, either less than 5% off or still so pricey it’s not worth thinking about. $20 for the basic plastic bottled Maple Syrup!!!?? Exact same product is $15 across the road (as in pic) That’s just unpatriotic. Amy’s Soup was over $5 but 30% cheaper elsewhere (as in pic) Started a grocery shop and after a couple isles just walked out. Barely a bag full of essentials (some fruit and veg, milk, nuts) was over $50. I’m appalled. Absolutely not SAVE on foods.. GOUGED on foods more like. And don’t even try to blame inflation because in comparison to other stores it simply doesn’t hold water, just admit you don’t care about your customers and only care about profits, and rename your store. Then we’ll be on the same page and people can stop being lied to.
