The Cosmetics Company Store

Due to “staff shortages” they were only letting 5 people into the store at a time. There were 3 staff members, who were all sitting by the cashier till chatting. It felt like they did not respect our time as we had to wait 30 minutes just to get into the store. Staff were not helpful when we were growing products and walked aimlessly around.

Hi. I had the worst encounter on Sunday with an associate from your store in Edmonton. Not only they were impatient, they were rushing me and incredibly rude. It was someone that was in their mid 60s, blonde hair and glasses. I will never come back. Worst experience ever.

Due to staff shortage they only allow 5 customers in store but there is 3 workers standing around doing nothing. Waste of time and not good business practice. I think they can handle more than 5 people. So frustrating!!

It was a very friendly place to shop and the staffs were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Amy was helping me at the check out, she reminded me to updated my info on system and mark down what I want to purchase whenever it’s back in stock. I enjoyed my time there, the service, product variety and price are unbeatable:)

I had the worst experience of shopping there in the last week of May 2022. The entire store had an additional 15% off skincare and yellow ticketed items, I purchased skincare worth over $400, but when I came back home I realized price wasn’t adjusted at the checkout. Unfortunately I live 5 hours away from Edmonton and was doing a day trip so couldn’t go back to the store but that’s a difference of $60 which is significant. I am not happy about this and couldn’t find customer services number online, but more mad at the staff because this is the 2nd time this had happened I should just learn my lesson and not shop from them anymore. This store is such a disappointment!!!!

I’m kinda torn, they have absolutely amazing deals but the staff are so rude; especially the blonde lady who I assume is the manager.

A great place to find Estee Lauder beauty products. You can find other brands including Tom Ford, Darphin, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Origins and Mac. There are perfumes too including DKNY and Tory Burch. The discounts vary usually with 40% off the original price. The stock varies too so you will need to visit often for the best selection.

Awlful Experience. Don't let these companies thrive! They refused a return or exchange after 10 minutes of purchase as were confused about the product and realised that immediately after purchase. 0/5 customer experience.

This store has a very poor customer service. The associates were not friendly and not helpful at all. We respected the pandemic policies implemented but the associates working were just kicking customers away. Only 3 people were allowed to go inside the store which is understandable but the two of them were inside already and the older lady was just standing and not even a help at all, even to step outside the door area and let another customer to go in...she was very useless. Sorry to be rude but it was a very bad experienced.
